    Summary

When Tony finally took his final, heaviest step through the threshold that the nurse had led him, every thought and every doubt fell silent in his head.

Suddenly Tony was glued to the rainbow-tiled floor of the pediatric wing, about as unmovable as a statue.

They'd never met, but he knew him.

    That was Peter.

    OR

a few of the major events in the MCU reimagined if Peter was Tony's biological son.

    Summary

The last thing he remembers is leaving school. It was a half day, as he’d finished his exams early, texted May about staying over at Ned’s place, sent another text to MJ and then a twitch of his spider senses--

Then a pinch at his neck, like a bee sting, but deeper. Darkness. Then here.

Huh. Kidnapped. That’s new. If he was less emotionally dead from finals and sleep deprivation, he’d probably have a stronger and much more appropriate reaction to that.

At least he's got Captain America and the Winter Soldier to keep him company.

    Visit the Identity Saga website

The Identity Saga, a thrilling 3-part journey, spins the web of a tale set in the altered universe where Tony Stark and Steve Rogers never disbanded the Avengers during Civil War. Instead, they decide to reassemble the team after their feud and mend their fractured bonds — if not for themselves, for a world that needs heroes now more than ever. Amidst their struggles, they come across an unexpected addition in their line up — Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, who finds his secret identity outed to his favorite heroes after getting into quite the sticky situation with one fish-bowl wearing criminal; setting into motion a gripping series of events that go far deeper than even the seas of the Bermuda Triangle.

    Summary

The words caught in his throat as the creature lunged again, this time ignoring Peter entirely and going straight for Tony. The world seemed to slow as he realized, with a sickening clarity, that the man wasn’t going to be able to dodge in time.

“No!” Peter screamed, his voice cracking around the single syllable. He launched a web at the creature’s torso, but it wasn’t enough to stop the impact. The blade plunged into Tony’s side with a sickening crunch, the force of it sending him crashing to the ground several feet away.

It was all too reminiscent of the night Ben had died— sensing the danger, seeing the slow motion, the contact made, the crumpling of the body as it was pushed back by the force of the blow.

And the red. So much red.

Or: A mission gone wrong, wherein Tony is injured and Peter, thinking he's dead or close to it, lets loose in a very similar manner to NWH with the goblin and May's death. (Nobody actually dies, though, canon has enough of that.)

    Summary

“You…” Tony’s eyes narrowed. “Where are you staying, then?” he asked, carefully, like he was afraid of the answer.

“May is staying in one of the post-snap womens’ shelters down the street from our old apartment,” Peter responded, watching as Tony’s shoulders relaxed incrementally at the mention of May— before tensing up again when Peter didn’t continue.

“And you?” his mentor prodded, though knowing that the non-answer in and of itself was answer enough.

“Rooftop on 53rd, when I’m lucky.”

OR: The Endgame fixit in which I:
    a) make everyone live,
    b) simultaneously traumatize Peter further by making him homeless due to his scroungy resourceful stubborn self-sacrificial self, and
    c) actually deal with the countless ramifications of bringing back half of the entire world’s population in a single instant— as seen through Peter’s eyes as he helps the city as Spider-Man.
