‘Now in the light of day, with the body buried and a few hours of sleep under his belt, he can’t stop picturing Trevor curled up on June’s grave, alone. He wonders if he did the same thing on Michael’s ‘grave’ too.
“Fuck. Don’t think about that shit.” Michael tells himself, shooting a glare into the rear mirror at himself. The guilty feeling hits him before he can push it away. “Asshole.” He grumbles at his reflection.
This is just what happens to Trevor. Trevor loves someone, and then by some force or another they get taken away from him like a naughty kids favourite toy. This isn’t anything new. Trevor’s been through it before and come out the other side just peachy. Michael just has to keep him from spiralling too deep, taking too many drugs or innocent lives along with him, and soon enough he’ll be back to normal… relatively speaking.’Trevor suffers the loss of his new girlfriend, Michael is left trying to put him back together while also figuring out his own feelings.

Looking back at Ellis after hearing the hicks confused tone, Nick felt as if he was losing his mind. He could have sworn he heard talking and assumed it was another one of Ellis' long rambles. But as he stared into the younger mans face and spying that big doofy grin forming on his face, the conman could practically feel his sanity slipping.
"Ya hearin' voices, Nick?" Ellis asked in good humor, motioning to the nearest fair game with his shot gun. "Even out here, that ain't too good. Need to find yourself a girlfriend, right?"
Following where Ellis had been pointing his gun at, Nick scowled.
A gnome.
"Fuck yo! That's not even remotely funny!"
"Ah think it's he-lar-eee-oous!!"

Nick remembered escaping. He remembered crossing the bridge while the city was being bombed; the sounds of Ellis' cries as he died screaming. He even remembered getting on that damn helicopter and taking off. So why did he suddenly find himself back in Savannah, Georgia all alone and without his guns and completely scar free?
