Instead, wise to his presence and determined for retribution, the Inquisitor and the Army brought him back to the capital to be tried for his research—for crimes against natural reality, and therefore against the Powers That Be. After a year in prison, he has at last been sentenced to death... and there is only so long one man can fight against fate before he finally submits to the inevitable.
Artemy Burakh has no intention of letting that happen.
