Summary
Steve was still thinking, hardly paying attention to Bucky or anything else around him. He nearly missed it at first, when his eyelids started to flutter, and the heart monitor picked up and he turned his head to look at him, his blue eyes squinting in the bright sunlight.
Bucky took a breath, swallowed, and said five words that felt as though he’d torn Steve’s heart out and stomped on it.
“Who the hell are you?”
Steve Rogers receives news from an unexpected source that his best friend, Bucky Barnes, is alive. Armed with this new knowledge, he sets out to find him. When he does, however, he is a shell of his former self and far from what Steve remembers.
Bucky struggles to recover himself as he starts to remember where he came from and who he was before HYDRA. As he adjusts to the reality of the twenty-first century, he discovers new parts of himself, and he sees Steve in an entirely new light. They grow to be as close as they were before. Steve is just the way he used to be, to Bucky’s relief. He does what he can to help, even though with every bad turn it seems like he’ll only be able to take so much.
Unfortunately, Steve may not be what he seems after all.

Summary
This work is part of the Dear Old Friend series.
It begins after Chapter 24 of Dear Old Friend. Beware if you have not read that far.
It's a collection of independent short stories, which revolve around Bucky and other characters living in the Tower.
It will follow the plot of the original story, but I will accept suggestions/ideas in the comments, and it will continue after the original story is over.All Jarvis can do to keep the tower safe from Bucky and HYDRA is try to lock him out of restricted areas.
In doing that, he drives him towards the common areas. Where the other people are.
And while Bucky has a normal sleep schedule, the other inhabitants of the tower do not.
He remembers the encounters as dreams, but the people he meets are very, very real.Thank you to @lily_blythe for the idea!

Crowley has known Aziraphale as far back as he can remember.
Of course, he's loved his angel almost that long, too. It's hard not to, when he looks up at him with those big, blue puppy dog eyes and practically begs for it... he's been doing little favors for him forever, keeping him safe.
And some point along the way, he fell in love. Who could blame him?
No secret can last forever, though. All Crowley can hope for is that Aziraphale won't resent him for it.

Summary
Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers are left worlds apart (though not literally) after a rescue mission gone awry (and, y'know, the whole HYDRA thing in general), and are forced to try and pick up the pieces as best they can. While they both seem to at last be safe from the disaster that seems to finally have stopped unfolding around them, there doesn't seem to be much they can do to find each other again.
That is, until Bucky finds himself at Steve's apartment, asking for help. Things can only go downhill from there, as Steve struggles to keep him hidden from anyone who would (justifiably) want to take him into custody.
Still, they're back together again, right, even if it's just for a little while, not even full-time? That has to be better than nothing. Even if it's not perfect. So, they try to put up with it all-- Even if they wouldn't do it for anyone else.
Just for a little while.
