Except that it isn’t true. Bai Chuan knows that it can’t be true. They're just friends, and business partners. Even if he knows Fang Xu swings both ways, the last time he had thought Fang Xu was showing interest, it had been a terrible mistake. Bai Chuan is not going to make the same mistake twice.
Fang Xu moves up, capturing Bai Chuan’s lips with his own.
Bai Chuan closes his eyes and kisses back, because Fang Xu won’t remember any of this in the morning anyway.
