When John Winchester ends up in debt to Castiel, he puts Dean up as collateral in the poker game that is supposed to turn his luck. He even dresses Dean up in a cute pink dress, because he knows Castiel likes a pretty omega. Dean is just Castiel's type, pretty and petite, largely thanks to the cocktail of omega drugs that John has kept him on for years.
Of course, Cas wins Dean in the poker game.

Summary
After the breakup in LTBC, Eddie starts to feel out of place and lonely. He makes the dumb decision to go out drinking.
He never expected to be hit on by someone of the same sex. He also never considered the possibility, that a simple ‘no thanks’ would warrant such an explicit response.
He’s drugged, taken to a place where he can provide someone else’s pleasure, and beaten to the brink of death. He’s left for dead.
The symbiote doesn’t know what’s happened, it’s still hopping from one incompatible person to the next. It’s not until it makes its way to the man who took advantage of Eddie, that it touches his mind only find some disturbing imagery.
Anger immediately forgotten and differences pushed aside, the symbiote’s protectiveness takes over. It’s got to find Eddie. It only hopes it can make it there in time to reverse the damage.
