Unconsciously, his frame follows suit, sinking down and tilting his hips up to keep ample access to his interfacing components. In his mind, he watches Optimus as the convoy rubs his own large servo over his closed spike housing, holding Jazz’s chin to keep his mouth open.
“Tell me you want it, Jazz.” The visored mech whines at the imagined sentence his processor provides. He can almost feel the deep rumble of his leader’s voice vibrating through his struts in that way it always does, when the two work alone in the Prime’s office late into the dark Earth mornings.
“Frag,” he pants, rolling his hips into the motions of both servos, optics fluttering. “Frag, Prime, Optimus, I want it…”

Summary
Waking up in a place he didn’t recognise with injuries he doesn't recall, Jazz already knew he was in it for the long run. At the very least, he knew these fundamental rules:
He was Jazz, he was an Autobot, and Optimus Prime was his leader.
Now, he just wished he could figure out who Optimus Prime was supposed to be.
Alternatively, Jazz wakes up with no memory of who he is, and decides that instead of coming clean about it, he's going to pretend he didn't have amnesia in the first place. This can only go well.
