Ultra Magnus offers him a chance at being useful again, for a price: as long as he interfaces with the Magnus whenever summoned, Optimus gets a command position over a repair detail and a crumbling ship. All Optimus needs to do to secure this position is to continuously prove his loyalty with his frame.

Freefall's got something very big to worry about.
One of my random OC children that's loosely based on the Kreo Freefall, but she's a sweet girl who makes the mistake of believing in an idol and well, her naivety will teach her an important lesson. Its a romance trope yes and it's a slow romance but... the pay out at the end is a good one.

As it is, despite having no drink to spit nor chair to disembark, he still chokes on nothing, sputtering helplessly at Ratchet’s stone cold serious face.
“I—you—I’m sorry, did—I—” Rodimus finally gives up and simply asks, “What?”
“I want you to fuck Drift for me,” Ratchet repeats, like it’s any more comprehensible a second time around.
