The first thing Winter Spider, 78561, could remember was pain. And blood. He couldn't quite remember whose blood it was. Maybe it was his, maybe not. Perhaps the chair had done it. A tactic Hydra used to brainwash its assassins (Read: Prisoners). Well 2 of its assassins. The Winter Soldier and The Winter Spider. The chair wiped its users memories replacing it with only what was spoken during the session. So perhaps pain and blood was not his first memory. Maybe it was the gunshot. Winter Spider remembered the gun shot but never knew where it stood in his memories. It was important. That's all he knew.

Namjoon doesn't look away when he asks quietly, “Jin, will his blood save Jimin?”
The fear jolting through Jungkook's limbs intensifies, and Jin doesn't look away from Jimin’s grey face as he takes a short breath. “It… maybe. But… Jungkook might... not make it.”
Everything is greying, wavering, and there's a faint ringing in his ears as he holds out a shaking arm in front of him, fingers trembling from the frigid cold or the paralyzing fear. Namjoon’s voice is steady when he speaks. “Jungkook, we don’t want to hurt you-”
“Then don’t, please, please don’t hurt me!” Jungkook cries. “Please, they - they hurt me so much already, please.”
He yanks at the torn shirt, pulls it open desperately, hears their sharp intakes of breath at the ragged bites on his neck, his deeply bruised arms and shoulders, the scabbing flesh over his ribs. Hoseok shudders and closes his eyes. There's no change in Namjoon’s expression, but Taehyung’s eyes are wide where he still kneels beside Jimin's unconscious form, and Jin looks devastated.

Jungkook’s breathing shudders out in pained gasps, and Namjoon tightens the comforting grip on his hand with a wince as he intently watches Yoongi’s pixelated image on the screen reaching carefully through the rusted metal bars for the enormous blue gemstone. Just as with the previous stone, it’s instantaneous. Yoongi’s fingers close around the gem, and Jungkook jolts horribly, throwing his head back with a terrible scream, but this time it’s choked off instantly as his face pales, big eyes shining with terror before he crumples lifelessly to the ground.
or, Jungkook is forcibly bound in servitude to a magical power that commands him to prevent the theft of four gemstones, but when he tracks down the 6 master thieves intent on stealing them, all older and stronger and frighteningly alluring, it may not be so easy to stand in their way. And as the magic drains and punishes Jungkook viciously with each additional stolen gem, will the 6 be able to go through with their heist if it means cutting down the frightened, gentle boy they're gradually getting more and more attached to?
