Ayato has his head tilted to the side slightly, studying him. His eyes scan Thoma’s figure once again before he seems to come to some realization. Thoma opens his mouth to present his order, but Ayato’s already said something and is now looking at him quizzically.
Thoma curses himself inwardly. Those damn blue eyes. “Sorry, what did you say?”
Ayato chuckles. “I was just asking, do you go to Narukami University? I think I might’ve seen you around before.”
Hope I wasn't doing anything embarrassing.
Ayato laughs again. “Not at all. At least, I don’t think so. Only glimpsed you in passing.”

It’s actually illegal to ski it because of how many people have died trying. And it was trying to ski the Nail that cost your brother his life.” His eyes meet Albedo’s, shimmering like twin pools of liquid gold. “That’s the reason you’re here on Dragonspine, isn’t it? You’ve been training these past two years—practicing so that you can ski the Nail. And I want to film you when you do.”
Or, in which Albedo is an Olympic skier, Aether is a filmmaker, and everything begins and ends at the peak of Dragonspine.
