“Shut the fuck up,” Tommy says, breathless, “for Prime’s sake, holy shit. You’re leaving.”
And there’s no doubt about it. The longer Tommy stares at his best friend, the more he recognizes the fighting stance, the stubborn set of his shoulders - and the more he doesn’t recognize, like how Tubbo wears a shirt with a taller collar and how his hands drift to his neck every five seconds only to be uselessly shoved away. The firework scars paint a jagged spiderweb over everything.
There’s no doubt about it. This conversation is a formality. Tubbo is leaving, with or without him, and he is not coming back.

Summary
The royal family of Antarctic empire isn’t exactly close.
Emperor Philza is always occupied; Tommy hasn’t seen Techno in months, and even if Wilbur is here, their relationship can be described to be strained at best.
The royal family doesn’t need to be close, however, it only needs to be balanced, like the pillars holding the country above their heads – as long as they are strong and steady, the Empire will be too. It’s the principle that held Tommy’s back straight and his shoulders broad through the years of hardships and trials of errors; through yet another formal meeting where his father’s gaze would look past him and where his brother’s words would be filled with poison that makes the deepest parts of his soul ache.
At that time, Tommy couldn't know that his family would find a replacement for him in the face of a commoner boy named Ranboo.

The small town of Manberg isn't home to much; it's almost got nothing going on. As it goes, it makes the perfect place for a top tier vampire hunter academy in the whole nation. A place to hide low, train the future protectors of the nation. The royal, the elite, the best of the best - they all reside in Manberg.
Tommy's never amounted to anything in his life. He don't know nobody (besides Tubbo). He spends his days sneaking meals and naps in unpredictable times and working to save up for his dream - tuition to school, to become a hunter.
He's content with it. He's long grown accustomed to the hunger pains and the cold nipping away at his fingertips. The feeling of being watched hardly phased him anymore.
He was content with it.
Until winter came, and everything promptly went to shit.

Tommy grinned. “Do you enjoy chaos, Boo?”
Ranboo hesitated. “It doesn’t not sound fun, I guess, as long as there’s no-”
“Great!” Tommy exclaimed.
Bewildered, Ranboo nodded without thinking - not knowing what he'd just gotten himself into.

Tommy Innit is a villain who's in it solely for the purpose of making heroes and vigilantes alike lose their shit. Tubbo is a vigilante who is fed up with the chaotic, incredibly annoying red villain that manages to slip away every single damn time. Ranboo is just the local baker's little brother who gets roped into it due to unfortunately being friends with a certain blue-eyed blonde teenager.
And then there's Purpled and Fundy, who are just here for the ride (along with the rest of the superhero/villain world).

Summary
Tommy's a regular kid, who goes to school and hangs out with friends and does extracurriculars. What people don't know is that Tommy has a secret identity of sorts. And not just ANY secret identity: he's the elusive supervillain Theseus, a criminal even the most powerful heroes have been struggling to take down. You could say, he's leading quite the double life.
And when he meets a band of very strange (and unfortunately, very VERY familiar) people, they all learn a bit more about the world they've entered. For Tommy, he learns that history is destined to repeat itself. He will be betrayed (again), he will be left alone (again) and he will stay unloved (forever). For his friends (enemies?), they learn just why Tommy's afraid of falling asleep.

“I’ll put the fire out,” Tommy swallows, standing up. Tubbo’s sleepy, he won’t suspect a thing.
He makes his way towards the fireplace and reaches for the shovel to scoop up the ash and put the fire out. He’s killed someone in the dark before, he’ll be fine.
So why are his hands shaking?

The story of L’Manberg is a story about kids.
It’s a story about kids who never had a chance. It’s a story about kids left to survive the indifferent streets of L’Manberg. It’s the story of kids who fight back and get beaten back down. It’s a story about kids forgotten by the system. The Heroes don’t care and the police aren’t your friends. The gangs will eat you up and the Syndicate will destroy your home.
Tommy was forgotten by the man who made him a weapon. Tubbo escaped a lab and lost someone he loved. Fundy’s mother left one day and never came back.
No one ever told them it was possible for things to get better. No one ever showed them a brighter future. No one ever taught them what it meant to be loved and wanted and cared for. L’Manberg never allowed for such.
Maybe, it’s time to change that story.

Summary
When powers came, the world changed. They became another subject in laws, restrictions coming down to try and save the world. Licenses and safe zones were created for specific ability usage, and soon everyone’s ability was registered. Abilities became the norm, and the world turned again.
There were of course, people that never got abilities, but they’re really only a footnote.
With the influx of powerful abilities, or specs, as the government calls it, there suddenly came an influx of heroes and villains as well. But, they were technically just people. The government offered state of the art technology for people to hone and train their abilities, and in turn the people would offer their services. Eventually, society began to call these specs “heroes”.
However, there were specs who refused to bow to the government. They refused to become just another tool. They protected their own, but only their own. Slowly, the moniker, “villain” was casted onto them, and that was that.
But this is the story of a lone vigilante, who somehow made the connection between hero and villain, spec and non spec.
The vigilante was known as Big T, or Innit, or Theseus, or Gremlin. But his name was really just Tommy.- Language:

On one hand, TommyInnit is a spry and energetic hero-in-training with a bright future, going to the prestigious hero school near the centre of the bustling city of L'Manburg, son of the number one hero and brother to two other up-and-coming heroes as well.
On the other hand, he's a well-known vigilante with a penchant for using dangerous support tools with the skill of a hero, targeting petty criminals and drug dealers in what seems to be his spare time.
Both of them have one goal, though, and it's to rid the city- and possibly the country- of the quirk-enhancing drugs that have plagued the area for more than six years.
Especially since it's his fault that they're there in the first place.
