“I don’t know what I want to do.” Dennis admits. He looks over at Robby, staring at the side of his face. They’ve been closer than this before, but being in the car together feels strangely intimate. “What would you do?”
“If it was me… I’d at least go for that dinner. But I’m not you. You need to do what’s best for you, Dennis.”
There it is again, his name from Robby’s mouth. It makes his attention linger, still staring at Robby’s face. Dennis is once again overwhelmed with the urge to just bury his face in Robby’s neck and pretend the world doesn’t exist, but that’s not the grown up thing to do. He squeezes his eyes shut for a second, rubs his temples with his fingertips as Robby continues, “Carry your patients with you as much or as little as you like. Find your balance. But remember that you’re human.”
Dennis opens his eyes to the countryside fading away and the city bleeding in. He knows Robby is right. That’s what he needs: balance.
In his last year of med school, Dennis learns to let go of the guilt that plagues him.

“Mmhmm,” says Sarah, and when Sam can tear his gaze away from Bucky, he sees that she’s fixing him with a sweetly compassionate gaze. He readies himself for some no-nonsense sisterly wisdom. In tones of deep sympathy, she says, “And you’re horny about it.”
Sam grits his teeth and grips the arms of his lounge chair. “I’m so horny about it, oh my god.”
Bucky is finally ready to make amends with himself, and specifically his body, but he might need to enlist some help. If that help involves kind of, sort of tricking an overworked Sam into doing some self-care and having some fun of his own, so much the better. Sam, meanwhile, is happy to help, it's just that helping Bucky is turning out to have the inconvenient side effect of falling for him too.

It started out innocently enough. Well, that depended entirely on your definition of innocent, but Elzar thought that for his standards at least, he hadn’t exactly done anything… inappropriate that would have warranted the position he was in, namely being crowded into Stellan’s quarters by his two best friends, both of whom looked about ready to take him apart in the most delicious way Elzar could think of.
Not that Elzar was complaining. Even if he had wanted to, he lacked the breath to really voice his opinions.
It had all started with sparring. Now that he thought about it, many of Elzar’s most gratifying experiences in bed started with sparring.
