I mean, she's nothing special, you know; you could've gone for someone way better with our looks and status," Gojo smirked. This statement wasn't left unnoticed by Satoru.
"I forgot I was such an annoying idiot back then." Satoru thought to himself, massaging his forehead as he looked at the mess beside him.

They're tasting cakes, for God's sake. And then she's trying on wedding dresses! They're arguing over cake flavors. It's all starting to feel a little too real.

“Shouldn’t you eat first?” Utahime commented lamely.
“I am.” Gojo said happily.
That wasn’t eating. That was diabetes waiting to happen. He was a child begging for dessert first; and he won against his own self.
“That’s not—” Utahime said but Gojo’s fork in her mouth stopped her.
“Pumpkin pie.” Gojo said eagerly. “It’s good, isn’t it? I made it myself.”
He’d made 80% of the desserts present. Of course he had.
Utahime glared as he pulled the fork out.
Why was he even sitting beside her? He had a WHOLE table. But he’d taken the seat beside her.
“You should try the strawberry—” Gojo said but Utahime slid a spoonful of green bean casserole into his mouth.
Gojo gagged.
Loudly.
He leaned over his plate and let the green beans fall from his mouth without even chewing. “Who brings green bean casserole as a side dish?” He hastily wiped his mouth with a napkin and then his tongue, grimacing all the while.
