Nobody dies on the island. Instead everybody finds their own path. Humans are the root of all this pain. They are creatures who can't seem to love without exploiting others.
A spark ignites between the three. Baffled in love and hate.
Hope. Hope is a concept the desperate cling on to. Hope is what will get Ralph through this mess.
(Early chapters are badly written sorry its my first fic! But I have explored the complexity in the latest chapters and their longevity has lengthened.)

In an embrace, to comfort to crush he hugged Jude and the smell of both and the tears and the heartbreak intertwining their souls merged with the other. Judes eyes still not taking off of the scene, the bruised palpitating eye releasing a stream of tears down his flushed face. Warmth. Warmth of two bodies exchanged as they loved and loved and loved until it broke them eventually unknowingly it would destroy them in the end. For humans, humans were creatures who couldn't seem to love without exploiting others.

Change was something that Ralph had found himself acquainted with for quite some time now.

After the island, the boys had been shipped off to different schools in a fleeting attempt to return to normalcy. Five years later, after the closing of many schools in the area, Jack and Ralph end up at the same one. A sequence of deaths follows the two, but they're convinced that it's not just coincidence. Something's wrong and unfortunately for them, working together might be the only option to bring the answer to light.
(Or Jack and Ralph being emotionally constipated, awkward idiots too stupid to realize they're crushing hard on each other while playing detective.)

“Hi.” Ralph looked to the side and his eyes widened. It was the bane of his existence right there leaning on the wall next to him, attempting to make conversation after he had so inconsiderately been ruining Ralph’s ability to focus on his classes. “I’m assuming you liked my little gift?”
Ralph quickly shook himself out of his daze. He must have gotten lost in Jack’s eyes. Not lost exactly, just…wondering how his eyes could be that specific shade of blue. Yes, that’s it.

Summary
Back when they were on the island, the hunters had caught Ralph and Jack was able to kill him. Minutes later they were rescued.
Now many years had passed; Jack wanted to ignore the past and move forward. He is 16 years old when he is accepted to a conservatory, for his singing ability. The school is strict, but his father is proud and Jack has no other drive in life.
Though in those years, Ralph's ghost has been haunting Jack. Scared of being called insane, he has kept the secret to himself.
He told himself he would only focus on school and nothing else. That thought crumbled completely; when he sees a fair haired boy entered his vision.

On the island Jack killed Ralph and they were rescued soon after. Years later, he’s a 16-year-old music student haunted by Ralph’s ghost.
When a fair-haired boy appears in his school, he fears the past has returned.
