“Sick? The vessel of Ryomen Sukuna does not get sick.”
“I-In pain… Probably d-dying.”
❤ Sukuna's power grows stronger with each finger consumed. So does Yuji's. As time goes on, the line between Sukuna's curse energy and techniques and his vessels begins to blur, leaving the pair to suffer with the unintended side effects.

“What-What is this?”
As the energy in his body continued to return, Yuji was able to list his other hand for comparison. The fleeting hope that this was some illusion by his addled mind or a trick of the light dispersed the moment both limbs were in front of him. His other arm possessed scales as well, mirrored almost perfectly. A single, hesitant touch from his shaking hands confirmed that they weren’t merely ink or paint upon his skin.
These traits, they weren’t normal.
They weren’t human!
“What h-happened to me?” Yuji stammered, choking as the impending wave of panic. His own eyes felt as if they were about to fall out, unable to remain still in his head while his vision flickered about for answers. His heart and lungs sought to match such untamed mania, but before his blood pressure could rise any further, a deep voice spoke out to see that his body returned to a state of calm.
“Steady yourself, and I will explain it.”
❤ Yuji could have sworn he died. Then again, if he had died, he wouldn't be around to contemplate it, now, could he?

It was not until Yuji pulled back and placed another pinch of rice between his teeth did the boy lunge forward. The child ignored the utensils provided to tear apart the skewered fish with ravenous fangs. Every other bite included a handful of rice shoved into what little space was left in his mouth. And with his lower set of arms, whatever chopped vegetables remained scattered along the tray were quickly shoveled into the snapping maw on his stomach. When the borderline feral display came to an end, the child acknowledged Yuji’s presence once more, pushing the tray back toward him in a bid for more food while grains of rice stuck to his puffed-up cheeks.
“Alright, alright. I can make more. But you’ll have to be patient while I cook.”
❤ Itadori Yuji, a hermit who lived deep within the mountainous woods, stumbles upon a beaten child in need of aid. Unable to turn a blind eye to the boy's plight, he quickly takes him in to provide and shelter during the harsh winter season to come.

The demon finally spoke with a voice that would have surely shaken Yuji's core if he wasn’t already so annoyed by the snow that came without warning. The weatherman on the news never mentioned the slightest chance of snowfall. It was already bad enough he’d been wandering the woods on his own, but to become lost while the sky dusted the ground in a blanket of white had only made him wish he would have just stayed home.
And now he was in the presence of a demon. A very pissed-off demon, who looked none too pleased with the person before him.
“I, uh…” A bead of sweat rolled down Yuji’s neck. Domain? Did the demon mean the estate? “Walked, well stumbled, actually, and found… it?”

Summary
Sukuna had enough of his vessels self righteous as well as suicidal tendencies. They had finally made it out after their year of captivity. His vessel was in need of a long smooth recovery, the sorcerers were in no way in any capacity up to Sukuna’s standards. If he had it his way he’d erase the whole Sorcerer population just so his vessel could live without a theoretical noose hanging around his neck. But his vessel's recovery was of the utmost importance. Nothing would stop the King of Curses, nothing could.
Story is based off of Cogni_Diss fic series "Bound Together" (I couldn't link the whole series in the inspiration part so be sure to read all parts from this series!)
Make sure to read theirs before reading this for further context as well as showing them love they deserve all the recognition for making such an amazing fic of my comfort ship! Bound Together is 100000000000000000% my comfort fic (I've read it like 10+ times) shhhh it's okay if I'm mentally ill.

Balling his fists in anger was to be expected. But instead of raising them to challenge the King of Curses as he had once before, Yuji shoved them into his pockets before turning his attention to the ceiling and presumably, the world beyond Sukuna's domain.
“So, what? Did I die again?”
“No. Dying would have been preferred.”
“Preferred... To what?”
❤ Sukuna has been trapped within the confines of his innate domain since his awakening. After a mission goes array, Yuji finds himself in the same predicament, both sealed away from the outside world without as clue as to who is responsible, though Sukuna does not go without pointing fingers. With only each other for company and their chances of being freed growing lower by the day, they'll soon learn that there are worse things than being stuck with the bane of your existence, such as the consequences of forming attachment.

These words were enough to lull Yuji to stay in the alpha’s arms. Sukuna’s vow was law. Now more than ever, his vow of protection was required, despite being so far from the sorcerer clans that Yuji feared. For if they knew of the pup growing inside him, the King of Curse’s unborn prince, they would surely see to it that such a child with the potential to rival their father in power never saw the light of day.
The only way to ensure that Sukuna could keep his word was by remaining hidden at the curse’s side, covered by his shadow should anyone come searching for where the ensuing rumors of a missing sorcerer and the King’s secret mate intersect.
❤ The conceiving of Yuji and Sukuna's pup was an accident. What came next was on purpose.

“A walk!? We had to fight for our lives—!” One of the younger faces in the back shouted overhead, causing the captain of the small party to turn and grasp his jawline to see him silenced.
“Hold your tongue!” The order came out hoarse, leading to the man coughing as he tore the stretched and deformed fabric of his hitatare. The cloak that had been draped over before was missing, with the red marks around the man’s neck leaving Sukuna to believe it had been torn off rather violently. “I beg for your forgiveness, Sukuna-sama. We were blindsided and ill-equipped to deal with… that.”

Every word that came out of Sukuna’s mouth was spoken in such a way as to pull on Yuji’s nerves, invasively spreading over his skin and keeping him desperate for more. By contrast, every word which came out of Yuji’s own mouth dug himself deeper into his self-constructed grave. But at this point, the hole was already so deep he would not be crawling out of it regardless of what he did now.
“Greedy. Jealous. Probably possessive, but that could just be me projecting.”
❤ To challenge the King of Curses was a fool's errand. For an omega to do so during his preheat, well, that was ripe for disaster. In order to protect the one he loves but could not have, Yuji charges headfirst to his death, only to find that his actions were to vastly different consequences than what he expected.

❤ Yuji insists he can handle his heat alone. He's gone through them before, why should this one be any different? As for the curse inside him, Sukuna is the one to be there to catch him when things don't work out as planned.

He looks up and finds himself face to face with Satoru, who is still kneeling with his hands tied behind his back by the Prison Realm and is looking straight back at him.
All the defiance and aggression from earlier is gone from his eyes, replaced instead by a familiar softness.

Summary
Light floods the cemetery, and it turns out that Setsuko really had gotten used to the dark, because she cringes away with a pained squint.
"My god, Itadori-kun," she mutters. "What on earth is your phone flashlight made out of?"
"Uh." Itadori takes a step back, knocking roughly into both of them, if Iguchi's grumbling is to be believed. "That's not my phone."
"If that's not you, then what...?"
When she sees it, Setsuko screams.
Her eyes catch first on the stark white torso of a man, tapering off into long, dark shadows where a person's legs should've been. The thing's pale face has no eyes, only sunken black pits, and it's surrounded by a gloomy, overwhelming aura.
