Present Mic has more than lived up to the picture in Hitoshi's head and so he's especially angry at Class 1-A when they continue to talk badly about him but seeing him with Aizawa now, that soothes something in Hitoshi.
It's clear Aizawa loves him by the way he leans further in, how he follows along to whatever Yamada is rambling about while keeping his hands in sight to follow that conversation as well and Hitoshi has been watching them for a few minutes now but not once does Aizawa come off as annoyed or tells him to shut up, like so many other people do and it's stupid, to be this protective over a grown-ass man, over a teacher and hero no less, but Hitoshi can't help it.
He thinks Present Mic—and therefore Yamada—deserve the world for all that he has—unknowingly—done for Hitoshi and he's glad that apparently Aizawa is on the same page.

Shouta picked up the cafetiere, tipping some more of the rich liquid into Hitoshi’s mug before topping off his own. “So, Hizashi and I can foster you properly now.”
Hitoshi choked on the strawberry he was in the middle of swallowing. Holding a finger up to his mentor, asking him to wait so he could respond. Finally swallowing the offending berry, he exclaimed quietly, “What!”

“Shouta.” Hizashi pressed a hand to his mouth. “This is so sweet. It's beautiful.”
“I was wondering if you wanted to do a stitch on this one.” Shouta points to the half complete marigold on the other patch of binka.
“Show me how?”

Shouta tells Hitoshi over pancakes that he and Hizashi want to be his foster fathers. Shouta takes Hitoshi yarn shopping to make him a cardigan of his choosing. Hizashi comes home to find Shouta airlifting Hitoshi to his bedroom after he passed out on him in the living room. Shouta instructs Hizashi on how to add a few stitches into the surprise embroidery on Hitoshi’s cardigan.
