König shouted, his hands forming tight fists at his side. His face was burning hot under his hood, hands shaking with anger. He couldn't remember the last time he was this upset. Ghost stayed seated, his voice was steady and calm. "That's the most I've heard you talk. You should stop."
König joins 141 and is struggling to integrate into the unit. Day after day, he gets challenges thrown at him, he thought it would be over when his Lieutenant came back from a mission. It only got worse.

König pushed out his tongue and pressed it to the wet, bloody skin. Ghost froze. A hot wave shot through his spine as the hairs on his body stood up.
“Are you completely mad?” Ghost managed to spit out against his own mask.
“Yeah…”, came the breathy exhale as König nodded against him.Ghost runs into an unfamiliar operator on a mission and things take a bloody turn which leaves both of them dazed. They meet again and things between them heat up even further as blood continues to flow hot.

They didn’t mean to leave him behind, just… none of them really bothered to make sure he was on the plane before they abandoned their mission.
Callisto was on the plane, and she was in charge of staying with him, so he had to be there.
Say that to the big fucking “prisoner of war” title stamped onto König’s file.
Hell, they didn’t even bother checking to see if he was alive or not, just declared that he was likely taken by their enemy – SpecGru.
Specifically by the 141.
But considering they seemed to give more of a shit about him than anyone from KorTac did, then, well – maybe being a PoW wasn’t so bad.
Or
König gets left behind on a mission and found by the 141, and ends up being lowkey cared for there.
Note: this is basically a König fic that may be ghost x könig, or ghost x soap x könig, or even könig x horangi. Idk where I’m going with this but my baby needs a story and one that doesn’t portray his social anxiety as him being a cinnamon roll who wouldn’t hurt a fly.
