Summary
“Hey, listeners,” Nicholas began the next night at the top of confession hour on Talk Too Much FM, his voice a little thinner than usual. “If anyone remembers my old advice hour, I’ve been thinking lately that maybe I should’ve reversed it. I could really use some advice myself right now. There’s someone I’ve been trying to confess my feelings to, and every time I try, it’s like running headfirst into a wall.” He paused, trying to shake the image of disappointment he’d conjured onto Fuma’s face a dozen times. “I don’t know. That’s my confession for tonight, I guess.”
And so, the hour kicked off. The segment went smoothly, confessions ranging from “sometimes I pretend to be British to get better service,” to “I walked at graduation even though I didn’t actually finish my degree. My family still doesn’t know.”
Nicholas never claimed to be good at knowing what to say back to them. But that was the beauty of confession hour. The callers weren't asking for answers; they just didn’t want to live alone with the truth anymore. In a roundabout way, his own problem was the same.
Or, the five times Nicholas tries to confess to Fuma, and the one time Fuma confesses to him.

And Yuma’s jaw dropped.
Because under that jacket—hidden, unfairly hidden—were two full sleeves of tattoos. Beautiful ones. Black and grey, intricate, flowing across his skin with the same softness and intensity of the designs Yuma had been admiring for months. His arms were lean, defined, and every line of ink made him look like someone carved out of art.
Yuma’s mouth went completely agape.

Out of all the challenges he faces as figure skater, Taki would humbly put being forced to share a rink with the local hockey club at the very top of the list. Particularly the team’s new defender, a rough and tumble boy with distracting dimples and a smart mouth.
Who also manages to bowl Taki over on the very first day.

Harua sighed, annoyed, before shaking his head. “But what if they can be more than friends?” he asked in a whisper so low Taki barely heard him. “They could get married! And we…” Harua grinned. “We would become brothers.”
Taki’s eyes lit up. He’d never had a brother before, and being brothers with Harua would be so cool. “We’d be like twins,” he said gleefully. “Y’know, ‘cause our birthdays are so close?”
Harua nodded, his smile full of mischief. “But for that…” he said, turning towards their parents again. “We need to make them fall in love.”
