(At least the cute but grumpy tea shop server has absolutely no qualms in giving Sokka the same energy right back.)

Zuko narrows his eyes back at him, and he doesn’t even try to tamp down the open taunt in his toothy grin. “Can’t blame me that you make me lose my mind enough to start shouting.”
“Sometimes I think you try to make your voice echo on purpose,” Sokka snarks back in amusement, but then his lips purse together in silent consideration, and he sighs. “I suppose I’m not…exactly practiced at it,” he says carefully, and if it were any other situation Zuko would snort at the vaguely disgruntled look on his face at admitting his novice in something.
“If I’m bad at it, you can’t make fun of me.”

Out of everyone in the cultivation world, the fact that it ends up being Wei Wuxian who seems the most threatened by his and Jiang Cheng’s announcement is really quite hilarious to Huaisang. Jiang Cheng, unsurprisingly, is far less amused.
Ah, Huaisang thinks, it seems sibling rivalry truly never dies.
