Alison smiled. ‘I suppose he could be your son, just about. Isn’t that a terrifying thing to think of?’
‘Does that disturb you when you’re sleeping with him?’ Lawrence said tightly. He shrank back into his chair, touching thumb and forefinger to his wedding ring. The wedding ring that had left that still-healing mark on Adam’s face.
In a rare moment of benevolence, Lawrence invites Adam to stay with him while they recover from the bathroom trap. But Adam’s cheerful masochism threatens to completely unbalance the already-turbulent Gordon household. Adam does everything possible to push Lawrence’s buttons, including an affair with Alison, who has her own plots to get her old husband back. Lawrence becomes more and more obsessed with Adam, convinced that the only way to put things right is to exact violent revenge against him. Or maybe this fixation is really just desire…?

But now Tim has to confront everything he's been running from -- his girlfriend back home, the sheer exhaustion of his double life, his confusing feelings about Conner.
Tim's dad won't stop calling Tim, trying to get him to come home. Maybe Tim can't keep making excuses forever.

Lawrence knew he wasn’t a good person. He was well aware of that.
His crimes were plenty, but nothing extreme. Cheating, stealing drugs from work, nothing that no one hadn't done before. It wasn’t like he was embezzling or sexually harassing people. No one lived a completely clean, guilt-free life anyway. Everybody sinned, God said so. Why should Lawrence deny himself a little pleasure of the flesh if, in comparison to everyone else, what he did wasn’t that bad?

Lawrence is trapped inside of Jigsaw's trap. Chained to one wall is his wife, Alison. On the other side is his lover, Adam. They both have been poisoned, and Lawrence has enough antidote to save one.
However, the trap isn't as easy as it seems. Both of them are lying to him, and their crimes are worse than his. He needs to get the entire truth before he makes his decision, but he knows it's just going to ruin his life.
Who will Lawrence choose?
