Summary
After all this time hanging out with Albedo, it was mostly quiet. Kaeya did most of the talking while Albedo added a short input in response. Albedo would often talk about his work, but never went further. Kaeya mostly let their time flow with the mood, never forcing anything out and never crossing a boundary that he knew he shouldn't cross. Yet, here Albedo was, grabbing Kaeya’s arm firmly, as if he was afraid to let go.
“I was actually heading to a craft store. I ran out of some materials and I wanted to ask if you could please accompany me?” Albedo’s face was mostly expressionless, it didn't change after he asked the other out. Even as the chemist released his hold on Kaeya’s arm, he was still tugging at the hem of his sleeve. Kaeya was whipped once again, his breath caught in his throat and an airy gasp seeped out.
“Okay.”
-OR
Slow burn College AU KaeBedo where Kaeya develops a crush ‘low-key-more-than-a-crush’ on a certain Chemistry Major who happens to dabble with weird experiments.
