beomgyu glares intensely at yeosang’s shoes. it’s all his fault, in a convoluted way; a few weekends ago they’d all been at a party together, much like tonight, and beomgyu hadn’t been able to tear his eyes off the little interactions and casual touches between yeosang and his boyfriends. wooyoung fleetingly squeezing yeosang's hand as he walked past, san’s muscular arm draped over his shoulder, two hands tangling together in san’s hair, three pairs of legs tangling on a too-small sofa.
he can admit he’s jealous, but not of any one of the boys in particular - just of the intimacy they show each other so easily. physical touch has always been beomgyu’s main love language, but he’d always half-jokingly demanded acts of service from his friends if asked, thinking they’d make fun of him if they knew.

it's about grief and loss and even if we can't relate to entering another universe against our will, we can relate to the longing, longing for things forever lost. there are some people, and maybe things and circumstances that when lost, that feel like the world has been shattered and now a complete new world has taken its place. a world that is hard to bear, hard to live with, hard to live in. can we ever learn to accept this new world? can we ever learn to let our lives grow bigger around that void we always carry? no matter how much light is imbued in the new world, the hollowness of the old world is still so dark. peter grapples with this tension. this was recommended to me by a friend.

He’s blushing, he’s not sure why he’s blushing but once he realizes he knows it gets ten times worse, probably smudging his face in countless bright colors and swirling across his cheeks and nose. The note is more desperate than lovesick but still it's undeniable, this Q, whoever he is, has consumed him, apparently in many different ways and lives.
Or, Karl has a hard time keeping track of his many lives, but finds his way back to his fiances everytime.

gushing, bubbly, romantic (in all senses of the word). this fic feels like an ode to something or someone. the writing style is as unassumingly poetic as it is endearing in its stream of consciousness format and rambling/meandering tendencies. lovely.
