If Alex had anything else to drink, he was going to throw up. He hadn’t planned on getting so plastered at his sister’s 18th birthday party, but Lu kept pouring him shots, and for some reason, he kept tossing them back. The party was winding down, so Alex figured he was safe to quietly disappear into his bedroom. Aleksa would scold him the next morning for leaving the task, ensuring the house full of drunk high schoolers got home safely to him. Alex didn’t care. He needed to be horizontal. The hall around him blurred. He blinked his bleary eyes and touched the wall to ground himself.

“Alex, look, the girls on Tumblr are making fancams of Hasan and Lucas now.” Aleksa giggled and turned his laptop toward Alex. His feet were propped up on Hasan’s couch, toes tucked under Alex’s thigh, the computer on his bent knees.
“What?” Alex looked up from his own phone to look at the video.
“They’re quick. We finished the stream like two hours ago.” Aleksa pressed play. Alex frowned at clips of Lucas dropping his forehead to Hasan’s shoulder, Hasan ruffling his curls, and slinging his arm around Lucas’s neck—all set to a sped-up pop song. Alex’s lips tightened. He could laugh off edits of himself and Aleksa, but the way Lucas looked at Hasan crawled under his skin.

“Woof woof,” Alex says, enunciating the words with a roll of his eyes.
“Maybe I should get you a chew toy.” Aleksa glances at the shards of plate in the dustpan. “It might save our kitchenware.”
He would have to be blind to miss the blush spreading onto Alex’s face. He could be forgiven for not noticing the way his friend’s gaze falls upon his fingers, but he does. Alex recovers enough to raise an eyebrow in a parody of seduction.
“I mean, I could chew on something,” he drawls. “Or suck.”

Summary
Not wanting it to go to waste, Hasan shifts his hand to lick the drops of milk from his fingers. Aleksa rubs her hand reassuringly on his cheek, continuing with her murmurs of “good boy” and “yes, just like that”.
“Thank you, mommy.”
The words are out of his mouth without even thinking. Despite being more than ready to press his mouth back to her nipple and continue his efforts, alarm bells set off in Hasan’s brain. He moves to rest on his kneels and build distance between Aleksa and himself as his mind scrambles for what to say.
“Fuck - Aleksa I didn’t mean -”
She interrupts him by using her grip on his hair to pull him in for a kiss. It’s as though she’s exploring his mouth for traces of the taste of her.
“It’s okay baby,” she says. “Let mommy look after you.”
