“Helping with what!?” Trinity yelled, flopping back down onto the couch.
“Robby’s birthday is next week, and I want to plan the best party I can for him.” He said, pleading.
The two doctors looked at each other, then back at Dennis, then back at each other, then Garcia looked back at the food and drinks and gave a shrug. Before they both looked back at him.
“Fine, we’ll help, but you have to make yourself scarce tomorrow.” Trinity said, heading over to grab plates.
“Already done.”

Faking an accent was still easier than faking a whole entire personality, though. Dennis Whitaker was soft spoken, anxious all the time, he made himself look small. Vladimir Dracula, on the other hand? The last time he made himself look small was when he was a twelve year old kid.
OR: Dennis Whitaker is a vampire, and his real name is Vladimir Dracula. He's moved from the UK, became a doctor and now works at PTMC. Everything is just fine, no one suspects a thing. But of course it all goes to shit, because of one small trick and his roommate walking into his room when she shouldn't. Oh, and apparently most of his coworkers are werewolves. Awesome.

Michael Robinavitch comes back from his sabbatical, supposedly rested. However, it becomes clear pretty quickly that running away did nothing to solve the root cause of his problem. He will have to learn to trust others and to reach for help. He will also have to do his best to understand why every step he takes on his path to recovery keeps bringing him back to Dennis Whitaker.
Quick version : Robby is losing his marbles and doesn't understand why he's so fixated on this one resident in his ED.

Summary
Confronting your mistakes is hard for Dennis Whitaker. So, what does he know best to do when confrontation is difficult? He runs. Specifically, he runs to Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital to Gregory House's game show. Dennis is confronted with a new difficulty, medical malpractice and Dr. Robby.
A new problem arises. Will he choose Dr. Robby or Dr. Gregory House?
Going on a one way trip to hell was never on Dr. Robby's bingo card, but here he was miserable and emotionally drained. He was running on fumes and was one tick away from exploding. He and Dennis got in a fight in front of the whole ED resulting in his resident leaving Pittsburgh for Princeton. Dr. Robby gathers what remains to convince his light in his world to return back to the Pitt where he belongs. However, Dr. Robby is faced with several dilemmas within himself and Dennis Whitaker.
Will Dr. Robby realize that there is more beyond life?
