He heard the person exhale. “Oh, honey,” The beautiful son of Apollo crouched down beside him once he saw the position Nico was in. He tucked a tuft of Nico’s hair behind his ear and reached up to the counter to grab an elastic to tie the longer pieces of hair that were getting in his way back. The caring gesture caused Nico to cry harder, both from the gentleness and the horrible cramps he had.

Nico woke up drenched in sweat and shaking. He was out of breath and his whole body hurt. He hadn’t had a nightmare that bad in so long. He reached out to his right but was met with an empty bed and cold sheets. Will was still on the couch sleeping, he was still mad at Nico. Nico burst out crying, crying himself to sleep once again.

For Will and Nico, getting up at 5 AM to drive from New York to Austin, Texas with a 3 year old and a newborn on Christmas week are NOT for the weak. Having to deal with a screaming newborn and an ADHD toddler in the same car for a whole day plus stops was hell—Tartarus level.

Summary
After the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke is temporarily living with Naruto to recover and to decide what he wants to do next. Then he wakes up sweaty and feverish in the middle of the night, and realizes he’s finally presented—as an omega. In the Uchiha Clan, omegas had always been valued, and Sasuke carries his secondary gender with pride.
It does cause some unexpected changes to his and Naruto’s relationship, since Naruto is an alpha—and suddenly the entire village is expecting them to mate.
Eventually they give in to the pull between them and they make an arrangement to help each other out, with no strings attached.
