Summary
“I’m not a hallucination,” You say matter of factly. At this, Schlatt immediately looks up, his expression twisted, manic, almost.
“They can’t see you—I checked,” he says, jaw tightening. “You—you’re not real.” You notice his hands are trembling.
You take a step toward him, and he stumbles back, reaching for the wall to steady himself. “Stay back,” he slurs. His voice cracks around the edges.
“He’s so drunk,” You think to yourself, mentally rolling your eyes.
“Listen-“ You move toward him. He yells. And everything happens too fast. A flash of green. A loud noise. Glass. A sharp pain, a dull throbbing. Your body hits the ground — or maybe it doesn’t — you’re not sure. You feel yourself slipping, fading in and out like a bad signal. Like the world can’t decide if you belong in it.

One day, you wake up as a ghost in the Dream SMP. Unfortunately for you, it would seem that no one can see or hear you. Enter Jschlatt.

Summary
“It’s a good picture,” George says. But there’s this dumb expression of fondness on Dream's face that just isn’t sitting well with him. It makes George feel like he needs to say something, maybe be a little more honest. As the silence stretches on, it feels like a second chance to speak up. But George’s mouth is lead, and before he can get anything out, Dream has looked up to hand the phone back.
“Thanks,” he says, poking a straw into his drink. “I’m gonna see if mine is any good now.”
“It’s your own fault if it’s bad,” George jabs, internally sighing in relief from the fact that he didn’t say anything unnecessary. He would hate leading Dream on for nothing.
Because George knows: Dream has a crush on him.

Summary
Dream's pride lies in his mind, in his natural and uncanny ability to think.
Schlatt's lies in his father, his savior.If anybody who truly knew them were asked, they'd say these statements were true, simple facts.
But no matter how much pride Dream keeps safe in himself for his son, when his very heart and soul were dedicated solely to his mind, spending days and nights without a wink of sleep simply pouring over it, there is only so much he can do when his child in all but blood's previously unyielding faith in him begins to waver.
One unnoticed, entirely unintentional mistake can lead to a chain of several unfortunate events, and suddenly, just like dominoes, everything anybody has ever known begins to unravel and fall apart at the seams. Actions and words dripped with honey ring false, blood fleetingly spilled like water boiling over and voices made as loud as they are firmly ignored.
And with the last domino, comes a crash.

Tommy and Dream were friends. Full stop. No manipulation, no abuse, or anything else the rest of the server thought was going on between them.
Yet, Tommy finds Dream near a river by their house, not remembering how he died, or the months of prison leading up to it.---
“Hey, Dream?” Tommy asked, making sure to keep his voice slightly lower than normal, both in case the ghost was easily startled and to not wake any of his household, “How’d you die?”
Dream merely tilted his head, chirping once. Tommy’s eyebrows furrowed.
“Can you… Can you talk, Big Man?”
A shake of his head, and oh god Tommy needed a nap.Series

It's too bad that every last one of them has already abandoned Dream.
