Summary

Min Yoongi was, without a doubt, the Alpha-est Omega to ever exist. He prided himself on defying every stereotype society tried to force onto him and found genuine satisfaction in living as though his sub-gender didn’t exist. If it were up to him, he would’ve continued that way indefinitely. But years of resisting his instincts start to take their toll, and when a heat gone wrong forces the issue, he found himself enrolled in a rehabilitation program meant to help Omegas reconnect with their instincts and better manage the strain of their heats.
Yoongi- begrudgingly- agreed to go only to appease his worried parents and regain control over his own body. To him, the program was nothing more than a temporary compromise, a necessary inconvenience before things returned to normal.
At least, that was what he expected.

The night stretched on, minutes slowly ticking by with no rest in sight. The sounds of the other soldiers rattled him no matter how much he tried to tune them out. Sleep mask, ear plugs. Nothing worked. Every grunt, every cough, every movement felt amplified. His Dom nature alert for restless needs, kept straining to hear anything that might be off. He scolded himself, these were not his boys. In fact there wasn't a Sub or Switch among them.
It was tradition that all units were separated by secondary genders. Korean military frowned on Play between service members. Everyone was expected to take suppressants and handle themselves on leave. Namjoon was counting down the days for his next leave but it seemed achingly far away. And it was nearly impossible to guarantee one of the others would be available. Namjoon was already feeling desperate.
