“Jaemin-ah. Can I give you a hug?”
Jaemin hesitates before answering—he doesn’t want Jeno close to his scent glands, where he will no doubt smell the peaches. But the omega inside of him and his instincts make him nod.
Jeno engulfs him into a hug, avoiding his neck and instead burying his face in his hair. It’s a subtle gesture which holds enough weight to make Jaemin feel the bridge of his nose sting.
It’s hard to ignore, and it’s inevitable at this point—something inside of Jaemin tells him that Jeno knows.

Jeno and Jaemin leave important things unsaid, It’s usually Jaemin who initiates skinship like this and Jeno figures that Jaemin is just affectionate. (read: Jeno is totally oblivious.) But even so, Jaemin isn’t satisfied with how things are. He just has to know.
“Jeno,” He calls as he prepares for the next words that he lets slip from his mouth, “Do you like me?”
Jeno’s breath hitches as his body stills. frozen.
Jaemin acts on impulse. Jeno feels warmth on his lips. Jaemin indulges.It lasts only mere seconds before he’s suddenly on the floor and Jeno’s standing on the opposite side of the bed.

Summary
Black finally wakes up from his 2-month coma to find the person who means the most to him, Gram, missing. He tries to ask his twin brother, White, where he is and what happened to him but doesn't get the answers he wanted. When he tries contacting Gram, everything feels so different from before his incident. Black yearns for the connection and understanding they once had.
Gram leaves everything to escape his burdens and gets tangled up in many harmful coping mechanisms. He feels like he is losing himself in the process, the hopelessness making him treat people he loves in ways he hates.
