"I'm worried about her," Dracula continued. "Mavis is one hundred and nineteen, but she's still quite a child! Of course, I'm very... very pushy in my concern, but after all, we've only known Jonathan for a year. Yes, you'd say a year is a very long time. Besides, they had a Zing. But I'm still worried about our brave mouse. She considers herself an adult, but in my eyes she continues to be a young vampire kid who needs to be protected. Tell me, Martha, what shall I do? I still check on her in the morning, so asleep, serene, and quiet. I may be ready to entrust her to Jonathan... but I can't say the same about other humans. You know, I let them into the hotel... Yes, I did. But I will never, ever forget who took your life. I'm already tired of the constant anxiety that eats my heart day after day. I understand that there is no need to worry – everything is fine at the hotel, Mavis is guarded by Johnny and me... but something keeps nagging me. I'm afraid of human guests, Martha, even though I don't understand why. It's the 21st century, humans have become completely different... yet when I close my eyes, I keep seeing those faces distorted by anger and hatred. What's happening to me, Martha? Am I running out of my mind? "

To tell the truth, I had had thoughts about how Dracula felt after being under the sun for quite a long time. But since he's kind of one of the most powerful vampires alive, I never thought that what happened in the movie would make him feel THAT bad. But if I ignore it, for the sake of Drac's suffering... It's excellent!
