The room erupted in chatter and murmurs. Logan wasn’t sure why. He looked around and nearly everyone seemed excited at the prospect. Logan knew the British still had a special relationship with their royal family; he had never seen people getting so excited for a VIP visit.
“Oh my god, Logan! Prince George is coming!”
Even Alex, apparently.
“Hum. Yeah.”
“Logs! Prince George!” Alex squealed.
“Yeah, I heard. Duke of something. He’s the second son of the King, isn’t he?”
“Logan… Tell me you’re joking.”
Logan wasn’t. He was pretty sure Prince George was indeed the youngest child of King Stephen. He remembered having a lesson about him at the boarding school and being all weirded out because George was nearly the same age as him.
“No?”
“Logs! It’s George! One of the most handsome men in the UK!”
“Alex… Aren’t you straight?”

Logan made a joke. He was on the phone with his friend, and that’s all he did. He made a joke; he thought nobody would hear if there was no reporter or other driver.
“Yeah, every morning I wake up, and I’m just like, God. Why didn’t you take me out in my sleep? Why didn’t you absolutely 100% kill me and put me out of my misery? Were the slits on my thighs, not enough proof that I wanted to go?”
He remembers it all, so why was he in a conference room filled with drivers, a therapist, team principals, his family and an FIA head watching a 4K, HD, video of him saying all of this? Why was he getting stared at by people who wouldn’t even spare him a damn glance? Why was he sweating absolute bullets by the time the video had ended? He was staring at the Twitter handle LOGAN P1 TRUST?| @sadwilliamsfan that had stated.

Daniel, one of the men, knew at first glance that Charles was exactly what they needed for Max to be satisfied. Maybe in more ways than one.
