Summary
Noi is chosen as this year’s sacrifice to the Savage Red Oni who lives on Onigashima Island. The villagers believe the Oni devours the maidens sent to him each year. Noi prepares himself to face what he believes will be his certain death. However, when he meets the Oni, he quickly discovers that the monster from the stories is nothing like the horrific creature the village had described.
(So Mami, in the midst of her ovulation, possessed me to write this fic. She made me write this so I could warm up for the smut scene in my other fic Don’t Leave Me. But what else was he supposed to write?! Ugh, this was Xingqiu’s least favorite part about writing this kind of thing. He hated reusing the same words over and over again, but he would feel like crumpling up into a little ball if he ever had to write the few other words he'd seen used. Ugh!! Why was this so hard!?
