Summary
Five years after The Flames of Hope, Jade Mountain Academy is entering its fifth year of operation. Three dragonets, Starseeker, son of Fierceteeth and Strongwings and the first single-moon-born NightWing seer in over two thousand years; Sapphire, an IceWing from the outer villages of the Ice Kingdom; and Peacemaker, a NightWing/RainWing hybrid, form unlikely friendships amid tribal differences.
But as Peacemaker starts to have strange, unexplainable dreams with the sudden appearance of a peculiar voice, and when Starseeker delivers a terrible prophecy foretelling the world falling into darkness, they must work together to stop a dark future from crashing into the present.

Summary
The Rainwing was trapped and that Nightwing stood over her with a spear. She wasn't afraid, just angry.
But turns out she wasn't at his mercy.
He was at hers.
In a world where the prophet Morrowseer never devised the Dragonet Prophecy, a certain Rainwing still ended up the Queen and investigated the disappearances. In a world where the Dragonets of Destiny were never gathered, a certain Nightwing became Head Scientist due to the untimely death of his father, forced to continue his experiments.
A deal, an act of treason, and a swift surrender led Glory to conquer the Nightwing tribe with no Rainwing casualties. With her new right claw dragon she established the first empire on Pyrrhia.
If only she knew what to do with all these marriage proposals.
Eh, Starflight will handle it.

Summary
A black oval… thing, lay in a nest-like pile of leaves on the ground.
Blaze pushed aside the waterlogged greenery and picked up the strange object. It was surprisingly weighty and just big enough to have to be held with both front talons as she inspected it, tapping its surface with a wing and listening with vague curiosity to the strangely hollow-yet-not sound it made. Like a chick-filled ostrich egg.
She gasped. She knew what this was! It was so obvious, she would be tempted to smack herself if she didn’t know how it might scratch her scales.
It was a geode.
Or: Blaze leaves her stronghold for the first time in years, stumbles into a jungle and finds an odd rock.
