Daniel letting Louis squeeze his throat, bite his neck; so certain that they are just playing, that he is not in danger. Always giggling to each other in between moans and slaps and bites, some esoteric joke that Armand cannot understand the humour of.
In these moments they slip away, into each other, and Armand is not needed for anything.

Stones, and glass houses, and etcetera.” Armand finally broke from Louis’ grasp. And Louis understood it now, understood that what he was really saying was get off that bench. But why would Louis get up? Why would Armand? Their obsession with destruction was the same–well developed, eternal. It was why, no matter how hard they’d tried, their blossoming romance was always meant to decay. And that was the way of the world, wasn’t it? Vampires were the only thing that aged and yet did not die–but the flowers brought to you under the balcony did. The love that propelled their purchase did.
