The summer festival is winding down, but for their group of friends, the fun is far from over.
Asako has plenty of good ideas. Yuki is having fun. Maki has a surprise. Yoshiki is trying to hold himself together. And ‘Hikaru’ can’t take his eyes off him.
Clearly, tonight, plum wine - and ‘Hikaru’ - are going to test just how long Yoshiki can pretend to be indifferent.
Based on a short manga comic saying 'Hikaru' can handle alcohol, and Yoshiki… well, not so much.

All that Yoshiki manages to say is
“Hikaru, Valentine's Day is only for the girls.”
It comes out more irritated than intended, and he immediately feels like an asshole for even saying it. But if Hikaru wants to “make it” as a human he'd better learn this sooner rather than later.
Despite the scolding, Hikaru's mood stays bright.
“Why would I care? ‘s not like I'm truly a guy anyway. I can be what I want to be—you told me I could, remember?”

Summary
Yoshiki has felt different from usual today, and ‘Hikaru’ can’t pinpoint what it is.
If ‘Hikaru’ doesn’t know the cause behind Yoshiki feeling different, his logical conclusion is that therefore the reason behind it must be… ‘Hikaru’ himself. The very thought only makes ‘Hikaru’ more anxious, more compelled to take yet another look in Yoshiki’s direction and take whatever action he can to remedy it.

“Hey Yoshiki, ya favourite Master x Master character is Killian, right?” Hikaru asked as he perused the volumes of the manga that were arranged on Yoshiki’s bedroom shelf.
“Yeah!” Yoshiki responded immediately from where he sat on his bed, keeping his eye on Hikaru’s handling of his collection.
“Ya needa get a load of this, then!” With a volume in hand, Hikaru darted across Yoshiki’s bedroom to sit beside him on the bed. He leaned closer into Yoshiki, bringing his free hand up to cover his mouth from the side. “I once heard one of the girls in our class say that she thinks he’s in love with Ron!”

Hikaru didn’t know how it ended up like this. He and Yoshiki had been eating popsicles when Yoshiki said something really weird.
“You ain’t the real Hikaru, are ya?"
What could that possibly mean? Of course, he was Hikaru. But why did his insides start to shift? Why did they start to leak out of his face? By “his”, he means Yoshiki obviously; Hikaru’s own insides were perfectly inside him.

Summary
Hikaru doesn't know the first thing about kissing and after a bit of light-hearted taunting, gets the idea to practice with Yoshiki. They're best friends, aren't they? So they should help each other out. Boy lips couldn't be that different from girl lips anyway. Yoshiki meanwhile, knows this isn't a good idea. Yet, if having Hikaru to himself is ultimately impossible, then might as well take what he can get -- even if it is going to be painful in the end.
Their experimentation starts out innocently enough, but with curiosity and raging hormones at play, they might be too late by the time they go too far.
