He sinks in deep, bare feet touching suns warmed sand, and finds himself in an endless sea of dunes all around - a bright blue sky above dotted with massive heavy clouds and a single perfect oasis that spreads from where Obi-Wan stands, a spot of calm that comes from the boy himself. Here, in this land of his Master’s mind, Obi-Wan sees why Anakin is feared. This man is vast and he is wild and within this Force place he is able to catch the most fleeting glimpse of how Anakin sees the world. Loud. It’s all so very loud.
Yet, from the wellspring of Obi-Wan’s own mind, grows an oasis in the desert.

Summary
When Luke was eight, he was taken from his home on Tatooine and delivered into the hands of the emperor and his right hand.
When Luke was sixteen, he overheard the emperor's plans to steal a tiny Force sensitive child and saves him first, before being caught and dragged back to his masters' keeping.
When Luke was eighteen, he finds that same child on Gideon's cruiser, and spares both him and his family, including a silver clad Mandalorian.
And when Luke was twenty-four, he is captured by the Rebellion (captured or did he just let it happen? Really up for debate) and secretly sent as a prisoner to Mandalore, where Mand'alor Din Djarin rebuilds his planet and raises his son.
And the rest was history. Or the beginning.

Summary
Master Anakin Skywalker has been captured; his padawan races to a small outpost deep within Separatist space to rescue him.
Because he needs rescuing. Because he's his master. Because, even if Anakin doesn't know it and even if Anakin is happily mated to some other omega, he's his alpha.
Because maybe if Obi-Wan risks life and limb to save his master before the Separatists can neutralize the threat that the Hero With No Fear poses to their cause, his master will realize that Obi-Wan is no longer some youngling in need of coddling and protecting.
At the very least, maybe he'll stop bringing up that unfortunate business on Melida/Daan.

Obi-Wan is, without a single shred of doubt, entering an uncontrolled rut.

Daniel was panting with want before Armand even finished his sentence. He wanted to push forward, press his open mouth against Armand’s, but the grip on his hair was strong. It held him exactly where Armand wanted to keep him.
Queen of the Damned was ‘transparently sadomasochistic’.
This fic’s gonna pull Armand and Daniel from the likes of Anne’s inherently fantasy based Beauty trilogy and into a modern au transparent Master/slave dynamic between a Master of colour and his white boy.

John likes to imagine what Buck was like before all this. What he must look like in civilian clothes, a cowboy hat on his head, leading the cattle home safe. It’s a nice image, but then again, it’s a part of Buck’s life John will never be able to lay claim to, and he’s not so sure he likes the idea after all.
