“Surely not.” Ratio took the briefcase from Aventurine, undid the clasps so he could look inside. “What is this?” He said, pulling the doll out by its leg. Holding it upside down, regarding it.
“My child, I suppose,” Aventurine said. The phrasing bothered him the second it had escaped his mouth. My child, he had said. My. As if ownership of the doll came naturally to him. As if he wasn't disgusted by it.
"It's a doll."

Summary
Richard returns the kiss, takes control of it, turns them around and makes a cage of his body, so that Francis is trapped beneath him. "I'm not attracted to you," he says as his erection presses against Francis' thigh.
"Isn't that interesting, I'm really not attracted to you either," Francis says.
"Right. No, of course not. I'm not Charles."
Francis laughs, colluding in the joke although it’s not a joke—not funny, just a lie, because Charles and Richard are exactly alike. They both like girls, but when Charles is drunk enough, Francis will do. For Richard, it's a matter of being lonely enough.
A fic about Francis' desires, the two main forms it takes, and how—ultimately—it can't be fulfilled.

“You’re so much sweeter than Sarcean ever knew.” Will had said too much already, but he kept going— “there’s no need to collar you.”
A moment passed between them, then James said. “You told me to come for you, I did, and I'm still here.”
In that moment, Will realised they weren’t alone. Sarcean was there with them, smiling in that mouthless way of his. More of a cloud or a concept than anything else. He taunted Will by putting thoughts in his head.
You want to possess him just as bad as I do.
In which: Will removes the collar from James neck, expecting James to hate him once it's done. That's not what happens.

“A hole,” Laurent repeated, enunciating clearly, “inside me.”
“Indeed. I suspect that it’s the pathogenic cause of your Pain.” The doctor pulled a few documents from his clipboard, holding them up for presentation. “Here are the CT scans.”
Looking at these images, Laurent saw himself from a new angle. His insides were presented in greyscale. It was true, where normal human biology would dictate a twist of entrails, there was a gaping hole.In which: Laurent has a hole inside him and can't touch anyone without hurting them. As he learns more about his condition and himself, he is motivated to search for a cure.

Somehow, Magnus became the Alpha to a pack of four Shadowhunters and a vampire. He's still a bit unsure how, but that happened and somehow, they all ended up living at his loft. Also unsure how that happened.
He does, however, know how he got the most perfect mate - his beta, his love, his Alec.
He also knows how he slowly fell for a certain reckless, bratty omega. The problem? Well, Jace goes into heat, Magnus kind of didn't calculate for that and may perhaps accidentally... destroy Jace's nest. But in his defense, how was Magnus supposed to know it was a nest? Now all there is left to do is hope that Alec will a) fix this mess and b) not tear Magnus into shreds for upsetting Jace...

He keeps thinking about it when he gets back to New York. Every time Kitsey tries to talk to him through increasingly strained smiles he thinks about it and his ears start burning, and he has to look away.
While Kitsey goes home and breaks the news to her mother, which Theo tries not to think about, he goes home and thinks about Boris instead. He tries not to think about Boris either, but those fragments, orange and blue, won’t leave him.
He takes pills for two, three, four days in a row, for the black and dreamless sleep they bring him.
And yet, he’s still he thinking about it three weeks later, when Boris shows up at the shop again.
