At sixteen, Seungmin doesn’t really understand the gravity of the pact he halfheartedly agrees to.
At sixteen, the truly ancient age of twenty-five seems like it’ll never get here. Seungmin knew that nine years wasn’t that far away, but Felix had him convinced that it was never going to come around.
Which is how Felix also convinced Seugmin to agree that if they were both single by the time their twenty-fifth birthdays rolled around, that they would give up on the dating scene completely and just date each other. Preferably until they got married and had six kids (Seungmin had choked violently at this even though Felix was being facetious) or they decided they hated each other and ended their relationship so messily their friend group would be completely irreparable.
