Tony Stark died a hero on the battlefield outside the Avengers Compound. Everyone knows that story.
When a broken spell tears open a paradox, Tony wakes in the ruins of his own death, alive but disoriented, pulled back into a world that’s moved on without him.
But when Tony goes looking for the kid who once gave his sacrifice meaning, he finds nothing. No records. No memories. Nobody can remember Peter Parker.

Summary
Peter never meant to stand by as his beloved uncle got shot. Peter never meant to let the killer get away. He never meant for Aunt May to realize he was unable to protect Ben. He never meant to get kicked out. He never meant for Tony to pity him and take him in.
He did mean to skip dinner the next day.OR: Peter has to battle his internal demons after the guilt from Ben’s death causes him to develop an eating disorder and self-harm addiction. Aunt May’s grief makes her too emotional to think clearly, so Peter is disowned. He fakes normalcy around the Avengers until things get too difficult to hide. Apparently overworking yourself behind THE Tony Stark’s back isn’t a proper coping mechanism.
