Today’s a holiday, and Silco should be preparing.
Not for celebrations— the Gray kills any would-be festive cheer in the air. No, he has bigger veins to mine. All of Piltover will be crammed into their bars and fancy taverns tonight, and he and Vander are going to strike gold in their empty houses. They’ve spent hours pouring over the plans. Everything should be perfect.
Even the most carefully constructed plans, however, can be derailed by the smallest of pennies planted on the tracks.

Summary
Attempting to further bond with his adopted son, Naph, Viktor purchases annual passes to Piltover Aquarium. It just so happens that when summer comes around that they follow the trend of bringing in mermaid performers--or in this case, a merman. It just so happens that the merman in gorgeous and charming even through the glass and Viktor finds himself completely enchanted.
He doesn't think much of it all when the season ends--that is, until he finds himself by happenstance at the Progress City Renaissance Faire advertising live mermaids. Then, he finds himself thinking about it quite a bit.

Summary
The Arcane curses Jayce and Viktor one day with an invisible chain between the two. Step outside of the radius, and you are thrown into the worst pain you have ever felt. Inside the circle, your body is in a state of pure bliss. At first, it seems like what the both of them would secretly wish for. Until the limit starts shrinking each day, and they are not only running out of time to find the wild rune that triggered it all, but they have to hide their feelings from each other while forced to live handcuffed together.
The "magically bound together" AU no one asked for. I just needed a reason for them to sleep and shower together.

"And how exactly do you, uh..." Jayce watches with only partial focus as Viktor's fingers work to screw the top of the little jar loose. "Plan on tending to your husband?" He chuffs. The downwards lilt to his tone, it's inflection, holds a double meaning: Anticipation, hopefulness for something more than clinical care.
Viktor laughs. It's more of a purr, rich and thick, laced with an eye-roll he doesn't physically give as he dips two fingers into the jar and collects a generous smear of the soothing balm onto their pads.
"Like this." He offers plainly.
Or,
Viktor helps Jayce to forget, for a little while.

“You’re… old” Vander said dumbly, less disgusted and more in awe as Silco whipped around the alleyway taking in the hazy green familiarity of it all, recognizing it as the alley behind The Last Drop. He looked to his left to stare at his old smoking spot: a milk crate turned over next to the stairs that led up to the back door- a fresh cigarette still burned on the ground.
“I’m thirty-nine. That’s not even middle-aged, twat”

Jinx's bomb has hextech time travel qualities, sending Silco back in time to meet a honeymoon-era Vander at The Last Drop. Silco is torn between the comfort of his old life and the inevitability of it falling apart.

“You’re so…different” Silco noted, seemingly to himself as he took Vander’s hand, the older man lifting him like he was feather-light.
“You can say old” Vander cradled Silco’s lower back when he finally stood, his boots finding the right purchase to keep him upright. Vander was acutely aware that he was much too close, the right Silco would only let him get this close so he could gut him like game to stuff and mount on the wall.
Vander swallowed that thought down thickly.

Jayce keeps the smile plastered on his face as his hand comes down on a button.
A jolt of pleasure hits Viktor deep in his core, sudden like a flood as he chokes on his words, nervous system lighting up, sweeping outwards from the center to his back and legs, toes — not paws — curling from the force.
"Good," Jayce says, eyes flickering to the monitor where it'd emitted a slew of frantic beeps.
Viktor nearly dies from an augmentation gone awry.
He wakes up and finds Jayce, who fixes his botched repairs and a little more beyond that.

"I'm not going to sit around and do nothing while you suffer, V," Jayce says simply, shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head like there is no other option. Because there isn't. Not really. "It's not happening. So, either you let me help you, or I'm finding where your doctor lives and dragging you over there right now." Folding his arms over his chest, Jayce stares down at a frowning Viktor, his lower lip plush and pouting the way it always does when he's annoyed at his partner. Jayce shrugs again. "Your choice."
Viktor's eyes narrow and for a moment, Jayce wonders if perhaps that sharp honey stare is more dangerous than any laser they could ever design, boring into him with the heat of a bright burning star.
"You are a colossal pain in the ass, Jayce Talis."

Summary
Jayce is beautiful, charismatic, intelligent, and kind. And Viktor does not want his last impression of himself to be tainted by the memory of ridiculous rabbit ears that were the consequence of his own unsafe experimentation.
After an experiment goes wrong, Viktor, the alchemist, is left with some new animal body parts. It gets worse when Heimerdinger says Jayce will be coming to see him before he has to return to Piltover for the rest of the year.

Silco’s head snapped up to stare at Benzo in disbelief. “What? You must be joking.”
Benzo held up the sheet of paper where he’d been keeping score and waved it back and forth. “Numbers don’t lie, Silco.”
“Well, you must have added them wrong,” Silco said, storming over to snatch the paper from Benzo’s fingers. His eyes traced over the numbers, adding them in his head—plus five there, carry the one—only for his face to fall when he realised that the totals at the bottom were exactly correct and that Vander had beaten him fair and square.

In which Silco and Vander make a bet, Silco loses, and regets the agreed upon terms. Thankfully, Vander makes the experience worth his while.

It started as a joke, Jayce comparing Viktor to a cat: independent, intelligent, stubborn, and – most importantly – he loves to curl up on Jayce’s lap and nap in sun spots. Jayce had taken to calling him “Vitya” when he acted particularly cat-like. Viktor sort of embraced it. It did help him to feel more at ease – like he can set aside the stresses of being a person and just focus on unwinding. When Jayce first asked Viktor about pet play, he thought he might be joking. It’s out of the realm of what they usually do (typically Viktor prefers to take the lead). But, of course, Viktor can’t say no when Jayce asks with those big ol’ eyes.
