Summary
Charles and Erik met in Haifa, Israel, sometime in the late 1950s, or early 1960s. Charles had come to Haifa as a favor to a friend running a hospital. He ended up staying longer than he'd expected to. Something was out of place about the volunteer orderly with the shock white hair and the fake name, who Charles immediately gravitated towards.
There isn't much known about their time together there; except that they both realized they weren't alone; and the rest is history.
