Looking down, Ronan gently bounced the toe of his sneaker against the baseboard. “I know you don’t like me.”
“Haven’t given me much reason to.”
Ronan laughed, that stupid little snort. “Fair. But I want you to.”
“So things won’t be weird with Gansey?”
“No. I mean, yes, but that’s not—” Shaking his head, Ronan lowered the bag of peas, finally actually looking at Adam. “Look, I don’t know how to” —Ronan looked pained, but went on, voice low— “flirt.”
Adam had been lying down on his side, eyes open just enough to see Ronan, but now he pushed himself up with one arm. Surely he’d misheard Ronan. “Punching a guy in the face was your attempt to flirt?”

Adam hates his new teammate, but the feeling isn't mutual.

That’s why the guy makes a halfway decent sparring partner – Icyhot’s strong. Icyhot’s powerful. He makes every damn thing look effortless, but when Katsuki’s his opponent, he has to actually try for once.
So then– what the hell is he supposed to do when the half and half bastard stops trying?
