Jayce pulls away and immediately starts kissing at his neck, specifically at his pulse point. Viktor lets out a soft sigh, it's nice to feel man’s facial hair against his neck. He never used to care for that sort of thing but something about it on Jayce just looks and feels so right.
“Jayce,” Viktor sighs out. Jayce has never heard something so beautiful as his name on the other man's lips and especially in this context. He delights in the feeling of Viktor’s heart beating at his pulse point. This man is alive, the love of his life is alive. It suddenly occurs to him that although he laid himself bare in the embrace of the arcane he didn’t actually say the words.
He pulls away from Viktor to look into his eyes, “I love you, Viktor, I don’t know if I made that clear back there but I love you so much.” He says breathlessly.
Jayce and Viktor are spat out of the Acceleration rune and share a moment seven years in the making.

“I need,” he muttered under his breath, “a wedding date.”
Jayce, munching on his stupid donut in his stupid button-down, didn’t quite catch what he said. “Say what now?”
“I need a wedding date,” Viktor said, voice still too low for Jayce to hear. When he didn’t respond, Viktor wanted to tear his hair out. “Come with me to the fucking wedding or I will kill you Jayce Talis!” He demanded, with far more vehemence than he expected.
Jayce spit all of what he was chewing on the floor.
“I refuse to take no for an answer,” Viktor said, gesturing to the germicidal crime scene Jayce just made on the floor, looking him in the eye, feeling humiliated to even ask.
Viktor learns Jayce is back in town ten years after he broke his heart. Then, to make things worse, they both get wedding invitations; a vacation at the Kiramman's summerhouse the month of Caitlyn and Vi's wedding. Viktor decides to bite the bullet and ask Jayce to be his plus one, a once-and-for-all reconciliation that will make or break their relationship.

Jayce stumbled on his own thoughts trying to find an answer. Shit. Viktor is right, he wasn’t supposed to tell Jayce his name until later in his apartment. Damn it. “Uh—“ he stalled as he tried to think of a lie. “H-Heimerdinger had mentioned you once. You’re his assistant, right? Snarky Undercity kid with an accent? Not many other people here who fit that description.”

After the Hexcore collapsed, Jayce gets sent back to where it all started, the day he met Viktor, but Viktor seems to have no recollection of him. What happens when Jayce gets another chance, knowing what he knows now.
My take on Season 2 Jayce with Season 1 Viktor until Viktor eventually remembers everything and they live happily ever after because I refuse to give these two any more sad endings!
No idea how many chapters this will have, we're just gonna roll with it until the dopamine stops.

It's so quiet that Jayce almost misses it.
At some point, he also reminds himself to inhale. “Of course!” he breathes. “Viktor, I, I don’t want you to be here by yourself.”
A faint frown tightens Viktor’s brow again, deeper than the last, but it’s gone as soon as it appears. He sighs and nods, almost to himself. “Thank you, I…I will take you up on that offer. If that’s okay, of course, with your family.”
