Theo was tied up.
That was a bit of an oversimplification actually, Theo was more accurately, tied down. His wrists were strung up to the bedposts, his legs were held open and bent. Two silk ropes were pulling his knees towards the top of the bedframe, a spreader bar keeping them from drifting closer together, and two around his ankles connected to some inconspicuous hooks in the ceiling. There was even one wrapped firmly around his waist, looping around the bed underneath him.
He was completely and utterly immobile. He could barely even squirm, not that he wasn’t trying.

Nadi Chansels is a Terran in the far-flung reaches of Terran Accord space, working to distribute the truth - at least, the truth they're told to edit down. They barely have any time to rest, they scarcely take care of themselves, and they live every day uncertain of what truth actually is.
Zephyranthes Betula, Second Bloom, works for the Bureau of Xenosophont Wellness and Care as a warden. She hasn't taken any florets yet, on account of wanting to make sure all her friends get theirs first, and maybe just a little bit of doubt over her worthiness for it. Besides, what good would it do for someone whose work involves helping independents adjust to the Affini Compact to have a floret of her own?
Camellia Acer, Third Bloom, works on developing new phytotech body mods for xenosophonts in need, putting them in close proximity to the veterinary system. Their work is far too important to even consider taking a floret of its own. And besides, a good part of its processing power goes towards pushing down the attraction it feels to that cute Affini in the BXWC.
When the Affini Compact gets their vines on Nadi, those shaky balances are sure to be broken as each star's gravity begins to pull on the other.

Bucky looks and LOOKS, until he is having a hard time even wanting to look away from short spiky hair that begs to be mussed, deep brown eyes that always looks so sad, and perfect lips that Bucky just wants to kiss forever.
Bucky looks for so long that now all he wants to do is touch and hold and fix everything. But Tony can barely be in the same room as Bucky, cant even look him in the eye.
So Bucky doesn't know what to do about Tony, but he is determined to do something.

It seems as though Villanelle is still the same, painful and spoiled and rude in all the ways she was before. She is not like Eve, who feels so different now, feels like she is carrying a secret like a lead weight.
And so Eve is most of the way to drunk when Villanelle shows up on the wet doorstep of her home.
