Summary
But Jack, who had always been better at reading silences than most people were at reading words, glanced down. Then, with the same matter-of-fact ease with which he had handed over a spatula, he reached across and placed his hand over Sigma's. His touch was warm. Then, he looked back out at the park like it was nothing.
It was not nothing.
This was the first time he had felt the scarred soldier’s hand in contact with him, and not his cold gloves that once pulled him out of the dark.

Summary
He picked up the hat again, his fingers brushing over the worn fabric, feeling the weight of it in his hands. For a moment, he just stared at it, unsure why he was even considering this. What the hell was he thinking?

Summary
Garp swallowed. His hands clenched at his sides, nails biting into his palms. "He—" His voice wavered. "He still ended up on that damn platform. Right where you were."
Roger tilted his head, studying him. "And you blame yourself?"
Garp didn’t answer. He didn’t have to.

Summary
Garp turned his head, eyes heavy with exhaustion but sharp as ever. “You’re insane if you think fighting beside a pirate was fun.”
Roger leaned back, tilting his hat to shield his eyes from the moonlight. “That’s not a no.”

Summary
The soft click of Siebren’s movements, the quiet hum of his voice when he spoke—everything about him seemed to settle into Jack’s senses with an unexpected ease.
It made no sense. They’d only met today. Jack wasn’t in the habit of getting distracted by anyone, least of all a random beekeeper he had stumbled across in the woods.

Summary
The man looked up, his face lighting up for a moment before a smirk spread across his lips. “You’re the chef?” He waved a general hand towards his neighbors. “You look better than the food I’ve seen on these tables.”
Wilson blinked, then nodded. “I’ll take that as a compliment.”
“Don’t. I’ve seen some tragic food tonight.”or, Wilson is chef and co-owner of a highly acclaimed restaurant and House is a dreaded food critic

Guilt was not something he was accustomed to, but he felt it now. He had never been quiet with his weird affection/attraction he held for Rick. It was only a matter of time before someone took advantage.
