Summary
The first time he fucks Stede Bonnet, Edward Teach is sure of three things:
Stede Bonnet’s mouth tastes both warm like brandy, and sweet like the flesh of an orange.
Stede Bonnet’s skin smells like fresh air, and sun, and the good type of dirt.
Stede Bonnet is going to be the greatest, most wonderful mistake of Ed’s life.or: Ed and Stede enter into a co-captains with benefits arrangement. It stays about as platonic as you'd expect.

Summary
Stede pulled a face at that. “Hm, well, I don’t want to do any human sacrifices.”
“Kinda rule number one of being in a cult,” Pete scoffed.
“Ah! Not in this cult!” Stede beamed at him and looked around expectantly. “Remember? What’s our number one rule?”
Roach raised his hand. “Don’t sacrifice my chicken.”
“Not quite number one, but still high up,” Stede replied. “Swede?”
“Stick to the chore schedule?”
“Definitely in the top ten.” There were no more hands, and he sighed. “Come on! If we want to get a good result, we talk about it…”
“As a cult,” the others chorused, some more reluctant than others.
AKA the Lovecraftian AU no one asked for!
In which High Priest Stede struggles with nosy Badmintons, his cultists and the Spanish Inquisition. Meeting Edthulhu makes everything better. Now Stede just has to help the eldritch deity emerge fully into this world. It'll be fine! Probably!

Summary
Captain Blackbeard is as mean an alpha as the seven seas has ever seen. It is on theme that his ruts are a force to be reckoned with, that's why nobody has been allowed near him during such a time when his instincts are high and his inhibitions are low-- at that point, you'd stand better chances fighting a pack of wolves butt naked, really.
Who better to face such a challenge than the determined and brave Gentleman Pyrate?
Turns out nobody seen Edward rutting for good reason, but its not because he's dangerous. 'Pathetic' is perhaps a better word for it.

Summary
Sailors call them watermarks. A gift from the sea, a name or symbol written on your chest, meant to guide you to your own true love.
But Stede Bonnet's mark doesn't look like anything at all. Not really. And it certainly doesn't look like 'Edward' or 'Teach' or 'Blackbeard' or a black beard and that's fine. Completely fine.
Ed's absolutely fine with it.

Summary
Lighthouse Bookshop had been there seemingly since time immemorial. Over forty years at that spot, sitting proud, a beacon at the heart of the community, and when the old owner decides to sell, it's the perfect vessel for Stede's odd restlessness.
And the building is connected to a famous cocktail bar run by a mad genius behind the stick.
One problem: Stede's still married.

“Would you like me to pick you up anything special for the crossing?” Stede checks.
“Oh, I dunno. You know what I like,” Ed grins.
Me, it’s me, it’s me! Stede’s heart rejoices. He can’t go wrong with such wind beneath his wings.
“I’ll have to see if I can find a treat for when you get bored at sea,” he tells Ed. “Something to keep you occupied.”
