Upon his return from University, his family abandon the bustling city of London to bask in the comfort of their summer villa. With such a property came maintenance, Louis' father hired a strapping young fellow with tanned skin littered with ink and a charming smile aided by dimples in both his cheeks. Between reading, baking and painting, Louis stares at Harry, he can’t help it. They grow close under the sun of Greece in 1989.

It's more of a trapped feeling - like any second, a dam will break and wash away any pent-up emotions. Hell, he'd even welcome that. Feelings take work, and for this Aquarius, that's just not a priority to invest in.

The problem is, said perpetrator is local punk Louis, who likes telling pretty boys his spitting habits and gets himself into situations he really doesn't need to be in.

Louis was swinging his legs to the rhythm of the music and he started to hum the lyrics, one of his shirt's sleeves falling from his shoulder. His eyes were tired, there was a trace of toothpaste at the corner of his mouth and he was tearing at the little cuticles around his thumb with his teeth, and yet he had never looked so beautiful. Harry snapped out of his reverie when a fork hit his arm.
"Louis, did you really throw a fork at me?" he hissed, grabbing a spoon to respond to the attack.
"That was the only way to catch your attention, you couldn't stop eating me alive with those big green eyes of yours," Louis explained, raising his voice over the music.
"Don't make it sound like it bothers you," Harry smiled, getting back to his cooking. "What were you saying?"
"I was asking you if you had a Zoom meeting with Mitch today, for your album," Louis repeated slowly, as if Harry were deaf or totally dumb. "Is it moving forward?"
"No, not really," Harry sighed. "I'm not in the mood at the moment."
"Yeah, I can feel you. What are you in the mood for then?"
"You."

Camp Infinity is the perfect place for a lot of things; hiking, swimming, sports, eating, and falling in love. Harry Styles is a bit too familiar with the last one from his years of being a camper. This year things will be different. He’s 21, a grown man now, and ready to see Camp Infinity from a different point of view; working as a lifeguard. However, his whole summer turns upside down when a familiar British lad makes his return into Harry's life.
Or the one where Harry is a lifeguard and Louis is the head of recreation. And, sometimes, you just need a little push to realize what was right in front of you the whole time.

They’d been planning this beach trip for months, stressing around work schedules and engagement parties, trying to find the perfect place to stay in and a time where there wouldn’t be families everywhere but the weather still perfect. Louis had spent what felt like hours researching and planning, dinners with Zayn and his boyfriend at their house that just ended in looking at places and sending them to Niall. He’d been looking forward to it for weeks, getting away from his job and his bullshit neighbours and the noise of the city.
It seemed ridiculous, really, that in all that time, Zayn hadn’t mentioned once that Harry was coming.
Or, Louis doesn't know how he's going to spend a week with the one person he wants and can't have. Harry proves him wrong.

Person B’s cousin is getting married to a rich American who’s paying for the entire family to travel to The Hamptons for a summer wedding. Are Harry and Louis ready to meet?"

Harry thought he was just imagining things when the flower girl looked like one of the twins, but -- he’s almost certain that groomsman is Louis. The pictures he's seen haven't been the best quality, granted, but he knows Louis. He does.
Harry stares wide-eyed as he walks down the aisle in step with the bridesmaid, taking their places on either side of the stage. As they turn to look out into the audience, Harry’s strong suspicion solidifies into certainty. That’s Louis. He’d bet his life on it.
But Louis doesn’t look at him, and it’s not like Harry can wave. He can only stare, mouth still hanging half-open. Suddenly, as much as he loves weddings, he can’t wait for this one to be over.
