His hands shook and his breathing quickened slightly as he took a step back from the view before him. Was it the demon? What happened, he and Mika-
This could be just his desires again.
“Hello, my name’s Mikaela! But everyone around here just calls me Mika, welcome to the family!” Mika smiled and his blue eyes – blue, it’s blue again – was so happy – unlike the red, dull eyes he’s seen.
“Hi,” he croaked out, feeling the tears nearing as he grasped warm hands, and he shook as he let out a weak smile. “My name's Yuuichirou, call me Yuu.”

Summary
In a world where Mika left Sanguinem and the vampires behind before he had a chance to see Yuu again, Yuu and the Shinoa squad have gone on to be just like any other squad in the Moon Demon Company. It hurt, to think about Mika. To remember his dying voice calling out to him, telling him to run. To remember Mika’s brilliance, his care and his eyes and his smile. To remember all of that and know that he would never see it again. To be reminded that Mika was dead, and that Mika would never have a chance to grow old alongside Yuu. That the only Mika that was left was that of Yuu’s memories, left forever static and unchanging.

Summary

Summary
Yuichiro is part of Tokyo’s control team: a suppression team dedicated to handling the modern day capital’s regulation and registration of its few vampires. When his team gets a call about a severely injured vampire causing mayhem in the middle of Shibuya, they’re quick to arrive on scene and get the creature under control.
But the vampire has secrets, and his origins will only bring trouble to the small company. Yuichiro is a peasant living in a broken-down cottage, alone with no one but his mother of whom he fears. They stay alive off of and selling wool and woven clothing, but often had to steal if they wanted food on the table. Yuichiro will never be happy like this. Even so, there is something his mother doesn't know, no one knows, and no one ever will. He has a safe space within the deepest parts of the forest. He was so blessed to live close to it. A lovely little garden, and a mysterious wishing well built there, forgotten by the rest of the world. One warm spring day, he meets a sweet boy that he had grown up fearing along with the rest of the royal family, and his life-long dream came true, now in the hands of who was supposed to be an evil vampire.
Mikaela has always been lonely. He had everything he could ever want and power over every human he meets, but he can't be happy without a friend. Everyone he meets fears him, and the rest of the vampires are distasteful, but then against all odds, he finds comfort in a little human boy his age out in the middle of the forest.

Summary
Tears, Shouts, Screams, A cry for help That's all Yuu can hear - feel. The tremor on his body gradually increases as his hand reaches for Mika's face - body, clothes, anything he can cling to.
His Mika was standing in front of him, eyes looking so sorrowful, tears glinting with shattered dreams - with one final move - he drags Mika's head to his chest. Securing him in his arms.
Yuu's vision clouds, his head lands still on the murky floor, restraining him from any possible movement. Asuramaru's shouts come to an end, the atmosphere around the place changed, turning into an aggressive and impassive one, almost so needy, and when he realizes it, he's not alone.
If rather, in front of him, a child version of Mika stands. And Yuu makes a mental note to remember Guren's words, even if deep down, he feels - knows this Mika won't do anything to hurt him.
After all, he was taking Mika back with him, back where he belonged - right next to him. And damn whoever gets on his way.
