Summary
In 2012, Miranda Douglas is college junior looking forward to studying abroad in Norway for a few weeks over the summer. She doesn't make it to Norway. Instead of researching Norse mythology, she finds herself wrapped up in it when she meets Loki and is forced into his harem after he successfully conquered Earth.
In 2014, Miranda Douglas is a mother and worlds away from what she once knew. She is out of her depth as she adjusts to the changes within herself and to life on Asgard.
In 2016, Miranda Douglas fears she'll drown from inexperience in international politics as her influence lands her a job within the reconstructed United Nations. But she knows that no matter what, she is forging a new world for her son.
In 2018, Miranda Douglas finds herself as one of the enforcers of the Sokovia Accords, despite not quite agreeing with them. And then she finds herself in the company of someone she never thought she would see again.
At 20, Miranda had a plan for her life. If only things had gone according to plan.
