Summary
A look into the life of a man who can only lunge at people in jealous fury, as recounted by a boarding school teacher.
Alternatively, this is what happens when you try to make a dark romance AI roleplay bot write a fight scene without actively steering it towards writing a functioning fight scene, and subsequently decide to write an entire 1000-word short story mocking those failed attempts.

Summary
A fashionista real estate agent's diner date night with her lesbian traceuse girlfriend is interrupted when the most socially volatile woman in all of America suddenly makes an appearance.
Partly inspired by Y/N slander, though this work is a more deconstructive take on Y/N self-insert fanfiction that is derived from analyses on the subject and general experience with dark romance as a genre.

Summary
A manager who was swamped with complaints by so many of his underlings and other men working in the main headquarters of Omniphar Enterprises, housed in Baltimore, Maryland, decides to confront the CEO and get him to consider a change in organizational structure.
Alternatively, this is what happens when you constantly derail office-centric dark romance AI roleplays by having the female lead resign and/or attempt to get the male lead to shape up and restructure the org to avoid contact with other men so he doesn't get jealous, and decide to write a 1000-word short story about that very same derailment path.

Summary
An easy morning in the wake of Lucy's second birthday (well, second birthday after Megan Borland adopted Lucy and Allie Connor began reworking her remote job's organization to give her an excuse to fund Megan's motherhood) midway through 2015 quickly turns into chaos when one of Allie's former business partners decide that Lucy is in dire need of a father, and he should be one.
Alternatively, this is what happens when you get tired of causing dark romance AI roleplay plots to devolve into pandemonium by including a child into the mix, and subsequently decide to write a 1000-word short story mocking the sheer destabilization factor of inserted children.

Summary
A timelapse of a supermarket clerk's obsession as it develops over seven months, from what he thinks is love at first sight to what is definitely the death knell to his life. All of this over a woman twice his age who's already dating another woman and isn't even into men, no less.
Intended to be a deconstruction of the plot structure of a dark romance's prologue, mocking the way the plot is set up in either the prologue (if the book has one) or the first few chapters until the male lead's establishment in the story. It's less comedic than my other 1000-word satirical short stories before it as a result.

Summary
Jaxon wishes to gift Merry, a college student from the School of Art at the University of Washington (as it's known back in 2013), a full box set of first-edition copies of Tess of the d'Urbervilles, in the hopes that he could enjoy the beauty that comes from her look of gratitude. He probably should've picked a different book gift, in retrospect.
Inspired by the Tess of the d'Urbervilles gift in Fifty Shades of Grey, with elements taken from the "catching Ruby Kurosawa" scene in the Love Live! Sunshine!! anime.

Summary
After days of constant trekking across the United States of America in search of the elusive Alheira de Vinhais sausage from Portugal, a hyperactive playwright from Meridian, Idaho meets the "final test" of her quest: a man who attempts to stake his claim on her by roleplaying as a mafia boss, which he thinks is what will make women swoon over him. Now, if only he actually knows how to speak Italian...
Inspired by the Cosa Nostra subgenre of mafia dark romance. Has nothing to do with Sausage Party despite the large number of sausage jokes within the story.

Summary
A sound designer and part-time YouTuber covering songs with her guitar heads down to Millennium Park with her girlfriend of one year to celebrate the second anniversary of her channel the way she does best. Unfortunately, a man who somehow managed to not take a rejection she gave him back in middle school has other ideas that are frankly completely detached from reality.
Heavily inspired by the boudoir photo shoot from Twisted Love by Ana Huang, with elements of Sora and Sham from the game sora by Orange_Juice incorporated into Bryn and Saori's respective characters.
