Summary
Most people find out their designation by their early teens. On very rare occasions, a combination of high stress and specific genetics means that a pup can present much later. Tim Drake had always assumed he would be a beta. After a mission went wrong, Tim presents as an omega. Terrified that his friends and adopting family might force him to give up his role as Red Robin, he tries to hide his new development. This goes about as well as anyone trying to hide something from the Batman.

If you were to ask Bruce what his favorite part of his Birthday day was, the answer would be-after listing a billion reasons having to do with the kids-his and Clark's morning ritual of waking up way before anyone else in the house (especially the twins) to just simply bask in one another's presence. Its one of the omega's most favorite moments: to wake up to the gentle nosing at his neck by Clark and the man's incredibly soft, deep voice rumble out a, 'Happy Birthday', to him.
Even if Bruce doesn't show the same enthusiasm for his special holiday like when he was a kid, he still finds his heart fluttering in excitement and love when his family bombard him with lots of hugs and kisses.
Like today: February 19th, Bruce Wayne's Birthday.

Timothy Drake had been sent into the royal harem at a very tender young age. His parents had given him away, as was common for noble families with many children to do. Not that Tim had any siblings– he was an only child, and an unwanted one at that. His parents had taken the chance as soon as it presented itself, to rid themselves of him in a manner that was acceptable and would leave Tim in hands that were… good, for the most part.
Conner Luthor was a bastard alpha, a shameless incorrigible good-for-nothing playboy who had already slept around quite a bit. He was the kind of person high society disdained and disapproved of. And Timothy Drake happened to be horribly in love with him. He may have fallen in love with Conner, but there was nothing he could do about it. Tim's life was already planned and set. He was supposed to live the rest of his days out in the harem's palace, and there was no room for a different alpha than the king in it.
To fall in love with another was treason to the throne and to the king.

Summary
Gods, Tim had thought Joker was just targeting him to kill him, like he always did with Robins. Not to turn him into some kind of mini Joker, into a weapon against Batman. Not to mention it fucking hurt. Tim barely noticed when Joker spun out of the room, distracted by the way his blood was turning to acid. His bones felt like they were splintering, and Tim couldn’t hold back the whimpers through gritted teeth or the way tears streamed down the sides of his face, salt stinging the abused skin.
Tim knew how to withstand torture. He knew how important it was to keep a goal in mind. Thankfully, Tim already knew what his goal was.

Conner had come of age, and as Lex pointed out, Jon-El was still a few years too young. Being the son of Kal, Conner could contest for the right to the throne, but for that, they needed backing. And there was no one better than the Waynes of Gotham kingdom– only another ruling house could be good enough backing. Which meant that Conner had to marry the Wayne omega, namely Jason Wayne. For that, he needed to woo him, start a courtship and make sure it ended in a marriage.
That was easier said than done, of course.

Tim liked Conner. No, he didn't just find his company pleasant and personality amiable as he liked to claim. 10 months after the start of Young Justice, Tim liked Conner, in all the ways that should've been unimportant but weren't.
Tim liked Conner in the schoolboy-squealing-into-his-pillow kind of way,in the heart-fluttering-and-doing-somersaults-every-time-he-looked-at-him kind of way, in the thinking-about-him-when-he-wasn't-able-to-fall-asleep kind of way, in the- well, you get the idea. Tim liked Conner in the way every Omega liked an Alpha, not in the way best friends liked each other.
But time and time again, Conner had proven to see it as the opposite of that. Truth was, he saw Tim as only a friend. Granted, he saw him as a trusted comrade, a genius, and (reluctantly) a good leader too. But above all, he saw Tim as a friend, not boyfriend material.
It would soon be close to an entire year since he'd presented, but he still couldn't find a way to make Kon see him the way he wanted him to.

No, the only possible reason Kon hadn't shown any interest in Tim was quite simple and straightforward, as much as it pained the boy to think. Kon, while aware that Tim is an omega, did not see Tim as an omega. For him, Tim was not a viable option to be interested in. And it could be that as Superboy, he was just trying not to mess up the balance of the team and so just ignored their second genders altogether.
Maybe Tim had been too effective in being professional. Maybe he was just a failure as an omega, too bossy and disobedient and all those things that society said omegas shouldn't be, and couldn't catch Kon's eye. Maybe Kon just wasn't interested in him, but Tim wasn't a quitter.
So, like everything else in his life, Tim would achieve what he wants with a plan. A perfectly crafted plan to subtly (and then not so subtly) make Kon see him as an omega– make Kon see him as a boyfriend, even mate material.

Since Otho-ra got her caste test (She already had her caste defined, but when she got there to Earth it was a setback) and seeing that she belongs to the dominant alpha rank, immediately her wolf manifested itself again and she was able to capture a sweet apple scent and that has been bothering her by not finding the person responsible for it.
Alina is a person who develops late, she has not introduced herself and that has affected her a little, little by little she is resigning herself to being a beta like her grandfather Alfred.
Damian is Alina's protector and he knows that she is more than a beta, he begins to take care of her while he tries to break Jon's mark, after all that older Jon was not her Jon, she did not love him and only loved him because he looked like a Damian from another universe.
Osul-Ra helps her twin to find the person responsible for said scent, and in that she ends up being a help to her team leader.
Young Jon returns (after the older Jon left that universe), feeling out of place about everything that happened to him and jealous of Damian's closeness to another Kryptonian (Phaelosian).
